i ordered pizza through skip. The pizza wasn’t the way I ordered. I was a regular pizza customer from Red Swan. Todays pizza was nothing like I asked for. Also skip guy delivered 10 mins ahead without any knock. It was cold until I realized it was already delivered 10 min ago

I always get extra sauce but this time was bad …. I basically got no sauce after paying for extra, pizza without sauce when asked for extra …. Not happy. Were not willing to help fix it after calling back they said they were too busy. What a rip off. Not the first time this location screwed up extra sauce. Would be nice to have this pizza replaced if the owner actually cares, I mean you took money and didn’t even deliver the basic amount of sauce …. I’ll take it down when my pizza is replaced. Cheers

Our pizza was amazing!! We ordered 1 pepperoni, 1 Hawaiian and 1 veggie. It was cooked to perfection. We like our pizza a little “crunchy” and it was so good!!

I will start by saying I love red swan pizza, but when you order online and get there to them not even starting your food yet, making you wait another 25 mins for the food you ordered and waited 20 mins for pickup for is unreasonable I understand 20 mins is a estimated time but doubling the time waiting is ridiculous some people leave work to pick up lunch 25 mins can be a person's entire lunch break. This time I ordered a quesadilla it was subpar definitely needs to be cooked a little longer as parts felt soggy, i also feel this Red Swan Location doesnt add asmuch toppings as other locations pizza or quesadilla. Now we get to service, typically the ladies are not too much to deal with but I was asked by 3 different people what I was asking for and when I asked how long I'd be waiting as I could just come back and go back to work till it was ready, yet they disappear into the back and only come out to answer the phone, or deal with new walk in. The environment could use updating very small wait area heaven forbid anyone choose to eat there, the space would be condensed in no time. Overall Red Swan makes decent pizza and decent prices just sometimes the service is subpar and wait times are all over the place!
Also this location is not the easiest for wheelchairs to access it but it is able to be done. Kid friendly not alot for them to do while waiting but there were definetly kids playing around on the floor area waiting for their pickup order with parents!
Dietary restrictions: they do have multiple different pizza options and the ability to add or remove items from pizza so everything should be covered that way but it's still pizza or sides, and definetly vegetarian friendly options.
Decent sized parking lot as it's in a strip mall by the fas gas.
Vegetarian options: Many styles of pizza that do not include meat more veggie style options
Dietary restrictions: They have been very accommodating when it comes to adding or removing items from orders for diets
Parking: In a strip mall with decent sized lot with decent about of spaces to be parked, but being this is a strip mall it can fill up!
Kid-friendliness: Kids played on the floor uncovered by how busy it was, could use fmmore room for waiting people especially with children also nothing to do while the kids have to wait.
Wheelchair accessibility: Not the easiest to access via wheelchair but it's possible!
