I had an issue with a Skip the dishes order and the manager went above and beyond to correct it! She made me feel heard and appreciated and they did a fantastic job! will definitely be coming back :)

I ordered a southern buttermilk chicken burger and received chicken nuggets on a bun with some shredded lettuce. What a waste of $18!Save yourself the disappointment and don't order this...Server was great. It was busy and she had to serve the lounge, the lanes in the bowling alley, deal with delivery drivers and had to bartend on top of it all.

Located in the bowling alley, Red's offers typical pub style food and simple drinks. The food is pretty good and the service is reasonable. Unfortunately, the prices have gone up quite a bit so you can expect high prices for bar gun hi-balls

Bought 8 shots and 2 buckets of beers. Tapped my visa which showed a checkmark each time and some skiddly server came to yell that I cancelledThe transactions? Is that possible? I was actively bowling. My bad for not getting reciepts. Checked my banking and it appeared as if the funds were withdrawn. The shots charged twice. The "assistant manager" from the bar came to scream at our party about the situation until she demanded I show her my banking information. Came a second time to say she made a mistake - agreed the drinks were paid for and continued to scream at out party. Utterly disturbing... hope it's not fueled by ilicit substance abuse.. I'll be putting a watch on my cc...

Ordered wings , ribs and pizza for pickup.Wings were not what I've ordered , ribs wee nothing special , pizza was basically a cake , supposed to be chicken bacon ranch, but there was no chicken in , a touch of bacon and cheese and ranch.This place is also a rip off , payed 65 for the absolutely garbage, throw pizza and wings to garbage.If you want to waste your money on absolutely garbage, go eat there then.I'd give zero star if I could.
