It was great, the only thing was service, im pretty lenient when it comes to being served, because people often cant control there emotions, but the staff during my visit just seemed to not like there jobs. Over all good food for the prices and food was served fairly fast.

Restaurant was extremely dirty. The walls, floors and bathrooms. Needs a deep clean in the whole place. The food was subpar. The noodle bowl was not very good. No cucumbers like a usual vermicelli bowl. The spring rolls had mosly carrots very little meat. The price was cheap but I would rather pay more for a decent meal.

I pick up lunch or supper here every couple days. They have a huge menu, so there is lot's to choose from. This is the only restraunt that is good for my stomach. (I can't eat from other restaurants and fast food) The food is affordable enough that I can order here regularly. Parking sucks, so I always E-Scooter or E-bike here.

First time coming to Restaurant 224 was really impressed with the food,the portions,and price. The staff was really friendly service and the was quick. I had the chicken stir fry, and my wife had the chef combo jumbo both were good, hot. The restaurant was busy the whole time we were there with takeout and dine in I take that as a good sign. I will be coming back in the future.

Food and service was amazing . Best Vietnamese food we've had in a long time. Waited maybe 5 minutes for our food. The only thing I might say is wait another minute or two before bringing the food. It was burn my tongue hot when it first arrived.

First time trying this restaurant, got 2 of the 62 and 15. Partner ending up biting on a piece of metal that came from the vermicelli noodle bowl. So gross we stopped eating the food. The wok on 8th street is so much better. How disappointing and a waste of money!!

Loved their food and their service it was great and it wasnt that hard on the wallet. Super friendly staff and a good menu. i made my order complicated by ordering no veggies on my fried rice and they made it the way i wanted.
