Ricky's All Day Grill - Saskatoon

Waitress didn't seem to know what was on the menu. Service was slow concidering it was 1:00 in the afternoon. food was okay

I have been to this business quite a few times. I only know the name of one person. Her name is Ronna, amazing service always on top of the game. I can get a pint of beer anywhere, for me it’s about the service and the conversations. She is a real asset to your business and the way that she manages the room is nothing short of amazing, always happy and super accommodating

Was in Saskatoon for the day , went to Ricky’s . Eaten at Ricky’s in Regina and Alberta always good . Waited at the door for 20 minutes . Restaurant was only 1/2 full . Waiters ,3 visible were running around like they didn’t know what they were doing . Finally one came up to us and says that the restaurant is full and we would have to wait approximately a hour to eat . I said why? No explanation was given , he turned around and left . My friend and I looked at each other and left . We went down the road to VP restaurant and were immediately greeted and proceeded to have a great meal . I won’t be back to this Ricky’s again

Food was prepared poorly, and wasn't seasoned. I could have made better at home. The server was very polite and apologized.

Updated review, a few days after the bad review-
The manager called me personally and thanked us for visiting and wanted to know what actually happened. She was very sincere in apologizing for the staff that night. I talked with her for quite a while, and we discussed what had happened in detail. She asked me what she could do to make us want to visit Ricky's again. We agreed that the food was great, plenty of if, and it's priced very well. By the time we were done on the phone together, I wanted to go back to Ricky's as she had already spoken to the staff about my bad review.

Today, a week later, a few of us went back to Ricky's. Great food which came out fast and hot. We were asked if we needed anything many times and the staff seemed happy to be working there. I would definitely recommend going to Ricky's. The manager made the effort to talk with the staff, contact me, and rectify the situation. She is trying her best to make sure bad customer service never happens again.
NOW THEY GET 5 STARS and we will definitely go back again.

We were seated immediately upon arrival and our server was fast and efficient. Food was good and coffee was refilled without asking.

Service is non existant in this place.

We went out for a family supper, the food was fabulous, service was great.

Asked for a grilled cheese sandwich with ham, no fries paid $16.95 , when I got home there was no ham, called back the guy on the phone played stupid. Never going to this place again.

Ronna was great, I would go back just for her service.

Left relatively angry, service was horrible or just nonexistent, rushed to order because they were closing in an hour and then the waitress pretty much never returned, didn’t start with water, didn’t check in on us, despite being rushed to order we had to get someone else to get us the bill, I guess the closing time wasn’t that important after all. Food was what I would expect of a buffet warming tray. I will not return.
