So Ubereats lists it as 'Burger Cafe' I can see why Rock n Rodz don't want share their name. We've been there and it was pretty good. Burger Cafe SUCKS! Half a charred, see-through burger patty smashed onto a soggy bun. To make it worse? It was COLD!

I’ve been here for couple of times with my friends staff is polite never got my order wrong, never forget to treat us right even at peak hours hats off to all staff including the kitchen staff definitely will be back at this location when I am around Saskatoon.

Went Monday for the steak sandwich deal and asked for my steak to be medium and they gave me is rare! And my sister asked hers to be well done and they gave it medium rare.. took soo long to get service and our drinks! When asked to take our steaks back is was 20 minutes later and we were done and ready to leave .. people that came in after us got their food before us and he kept checking on their table but not ours! Horrible service use to be good but it’s horrible now

Really sad .. went for supper staff ignored us sat at the table for 20 min wasn't even acknowledged . No menu no sevice Just left the three male staff just looking at us .. very disappointed ..But what gets me is they jumped for some other customers that came in .😡 left us sitting at the table ..never going back ..

If it wasn't for our waitress, this place would be a write off. Stopped with my family to grab breakfast. The decor and atmosphere seemed good when we walked in. There were 2-3 tables with people, and 3 staff that we could see. Our waitress was kind and took care of our table. I got up to use the ladies washroom and not one single stall had toilet paper. The floors and stalls look as though they have not been washed in ages. On my way out of the washroom, I stopped at the bar to mention it. The lady behind the bar mentioned it to someone and I went back to our table. We sat and ate our brunch, not half bad. Until we noticed remnants of dried up cheeseburger in the display behind our booth. Before we left, I used the bathroom again. This time my husband sent me with napkins just in case and low and behold.... No toilet paper. They filled two stalls and not the rest. So I stopped to mention it to the bartender again, "you know the state of your washrooms will have you shut down right?" And she got snarky and went off about how busy they are, that the owner had only given her that much toilet paper and that the washrooms there get cleaned daily..... I'm assuming using urine because how else would there be crystals of nasty 🤢 all over the floors of the washroom.
Seriously lady, get off your butt and do something for the company you work for.
As for our waitress... Thanks for making our experience at least bearable.
