Was there this evening, ordered noodle burgers and they were so bad today, this doesn’t happen often but today bun was burned and noodles were not fresh and they were so cold, nobody handled our complaint responsibly and said we can’t do anything in this, No discount and no remake. Not sure if I’m gonna go back there again.

Very disappointed with my recent order. I ordered a noodle burger, and the noodles were completely cold. When I brought it up, the staff didn’t seem to care — no apology, no remake, not even a small discount. The person handling our complaint didn’t listen to us at all. Terrible customer service and an overall bad experience as it was my first time.

I went there today and ordered noodle burger it was super bad I’m one regular of them and today it was different the noodle in the burger was so cold and also old and when we told the person there he was like we can’t do anything they could have given us at least some discount. Very disappointed I don’t think gonna go back again.

Alert: they don’t just serve tea alone you must buy food. Policy changed when a group of ten walked in today.
Naman, the server, first said no tea without food, and then changed it up saying no tea whatsoever and no service essentially.
A regular at this Royal Pan treated royally bad.

The food is terrible the chai is good. Unfortunately you can longer have chai without food. To get something good you have to buy something bad. That is royally paan'd up!

We went for tea as we usually go there for. Mr Naman said they no longer serve just tea, we must buy food. We agreed.
A few moment later said he’s out of tea and it’ll take an hour.
