Clean and modern airport with a smooth layout. The pet relief area is one of the cutest and most thoughtful I’ve seen — clean, bright, and easy to use. A small airport that runs very smoothly. Bonus points for having Starbucks coffee available
Better get here early for your flight.
They usually only use one security check lane.
Today the under-trained xray apprentice takes one minute to review one tray, leading to long back ups.
The poor east asian young man doesn't know what he's looking at and constantly asking for the help from rest of the the south asian team, which didn't care much to help him and tried to ignore him.

No cabs 14 people lined up waiting.
Arriving in the wee hours after midnight...Be prepared to wait in a long line for a cab or pay $70 to Uber for a ride that's less than 5 km.
It was relatively quiet when I passed through and very clean, too. I didn't have enough time to take good pictures, but this should also do.

Incompetant people running this place. Need to use some common sense. Made me miss my connecting flight
I was disappointed with the experience at this establishment due to the lack of responsibility demonstrated by some of the staff. For the prices charged, I expected a much higher standard of service and professionalism. There is definitely room for improvement to ensure customers feel their time and money are valued.
Horrible experience with security check in
Wi-Fi when kinda (not even busy), can be poor and worse than dial up. Flew with WestJet, staff admit Self Bag Check In most of the time is out of order.

The security team is over staffed and bored. They first selective screened us. Then they were feeling because my bra straps had metal then they wouldn’t let us take out liquid moisturizer that was under 100ml. Slow and quiet.
We have arrived the required two hours preflight. There are two people working the Priority kiosk. Nobody in line. Two people working the Westjet second class, about 40 people in line. And the line has not moved for at least 20 minutes. So not impressed!
Quick walk through when leaving but clean and friendly staff
Small airport, security has always moved fast. Two food restaurants, Tim's and the airport one. If it's late/super early pack yourself food, because they are not open then. Airport is very easy to navigate!
Nice airport, friendly staff and service at all kiosks. Do wish they sold stamps to mail them postcards.
