I have never had such an amazing experience at bubble tea location. The customer experience was a amazing. Dat gave me an amazing recommendation in which was lovely. The store was super clean alongside with the bathroom. 10/10 would recommend this specific location.

I ordered Sakura milk tea with lychee popping. The milk tea came out and tasted like Vietnamese coffee. I thought the lady got the wrong order but she wrote it Sakura on the cup. My cousin ordered olong tea but it came out taste Vietnamese coffee.

When this place opened up, this was such a nice place with good service and good drinks. But now, it seems every evening they have the one older lady working by herself, who is clearly incapable of managing on her own. She cannot speak English well enough to serve or understand customers and more often than not, she fails to ring up the drinks properly or even make sure the transaction is completed. I would hate for this place to lose money and close because of this, as I really like some of their drinks, but I imagine they are losing out on so many sales because she doesn’t pay attention! And then, without fail, she has to be prompted to remake the drinks as she will either make the wrong drink or make some weird concoction that is not on the menu. Sigh. But if you go when the young people are working it is still a great place.
