Went in at 1:15 didn’t get our food till 2:30, 4 adults, 4 pops, 4 meals over $18 each, was good service until they forgot about food after sitting for 40 mins they realized that we hadn’t got anything, they offered us soup and told us there was something wrong with the “printer” going to the kitchen..Once food was brought to the table the Fries were all under cooked, Gravy was PUDDING texture, literally pudding thickness.. Not a happy customer. Will not be returning to pay another $110 bill with no discount, coupon or credit when we put in a complaint with the serverssss!!

I went here with my family. We are 10 people in total, we are asians. We’re so happy when we arrived. On the way in, we are talking/laughing, then suddenly a man shouted on us, “Don’t block the hallway”, and we apologized. We waited inside the restaurant in their waiting area. The girl server, assisted us, and told us that it will be a long wait if we want 1 table, so we decided to have 2 tables instead. Five of us immediately had a table (good for 6). Afterwards, I saw 1 table with 4 chairs vacant, so I asked the girl if we can sit there, she politely said yes but this MAN shouted again and said, “someone is reserved there”. We ignored him. Afterwhile, HE arrogantly told my family members to wait outside of the restaurant. That’s the time, we have decided not to eat here and just walked out. We told the MAN that he is rude, he shouted on me saying that I’m rude too. How come? Why did he treat us like that? Is it because we are asians? We felt humiliated, embarrassed and discriminated. I actually reported this to the manager/owner, gave my phone number so she can investigate why he treated us like that, but few weeks had past and I didn’t received any feedback. I have no choice but to let people know what kind of staff they have. GO TO OTHER BRANCH OF SMITTYS. DO NOT PATRONIZE SMITTYS MARKET MALL BRANCH.
