had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. One of the male staff members — a young man, possibly of Indian background — was handling food with his bare hands and not wearing gloves, which is extremely unhygienic and unacceptable in any food service environment. On top of that, his tone and manner of speaking to customers were rude and unprofessional, showing no basic courtesy or sense of customer service. It’s unfortunate because issues like these completely ruin the dining experience. I hope the management takes this seriously and enforces proper hygiene standards and staff training going forward.

Had a simple plain hotdogs meal for our 8 year old, I had The Big Chorizo poutine and the wife had The Perogy poutine and deep fried cheese curds. Was very good and tasty. Definitely will come again. As for the reviews with soggy fries I believe it's because your ordering and eating it elsewhere. Of course they'll get soggy. If you eat here you have to eat it here while it's fresh.

We had a great experience here! the menu has a fantastic variety of choices and everything we tried was delicious. The Staff was Super friendly, even gave us Stickers when we were leaving. Great vibes overall Highly recommended!
