P.S. Do need to make a note that not all baristas know how to make a good cup of coffee. We had instances of overfrothed (overheated) milk here, and not great tasting coffee overall sometimes. We do make pourovers/espresso drinks at home from quality beans like Rogue Wave/Monogram/Bow/Phil & Sebastian, we understand how a consistently good taste can be achieved with an experience. I still would give 5 stars, i wouldn’t find out about Rogue Wave coffee beans if not these guys. Sparrow is for sure among 2-3 shops in Saskatoon that understand coffee. We always hope for the guy with a nice moustache to make our coffee, he hasn’t made us a bad cup of coffee yet. Just need to train staff a bit better. I also understand not everyone is passionate about making coffee.

My favorite coffee shop in town!!! I don’t know what they do, but their Monogram coffee always tastes better than the same coffee brand anywhere else.
The atmosphere deserves a special mention. It’s very welcoming and cozy. The service is top notch too. You simply can’t be disappointed when visiting Sparrow!

Sparrow is a very nice cafe with very kind staff, however, they are unfortunately extremely overpriced and inconsistent. Often their lattes taste like pure milk and little else, and my last drink had a thick sludge at the bottom of it that made me decide to give up on Sparrow for good. I really wanted to love this place but I have just had too many disappointments at this point.

Awesome atmosphere, service. The breakfast sandwhich was delicious, but the quality of our drinks were not great, although we appreciated the latte art. The Chai tea latte was cool-warm without much flavour and the mocha tasted a bit burnt. Other than the drink flavour and quality having room for improvement, recommend a visit here for breakfast.

Art and decor is all super cute, warm cozy vibe all around! Staff is amazing, Sydney was very welcoming with a smile ear to ear, quick to help! Overall amazing dining experience if you’re looking to grab something quick and or take a seat!
