Took 30 minutes to even consider offering me a drink even then they ignored me as a bartender this is work

i’ve eaten in the bar at specklebellys and gotten the alfredo and it was AMAZING! the herbs were the best and the flavour was the most flavourful i have ever had in comparison to any other restaurant. on monday night i ordered the same thing at night and did not receive the same amazing pasta. food was more bland like at olive garden and noodles seemed to be a bit over cooked or left in the take out container for longer than the expected take out time which was 20 minutes. the girls working there were amazing and i had a good quick conversation and i know that they are not in charge of the kitchen, so the service does not reflect the numbers of stars… i was just slightly disappointed because of having amazing pasta and the next being more bland. nonetheless i would order from them again because maybe eating in is far different from take out.

Nice place. The pool table, the drinks, the friendly people all around. It's a bar you sure wanna visit.

Was our first time there tonight. Severs are so friendly and food was delicious. Raquel the bartender was the best, will definitely be back again because of her.

I used to love going here. The last time I went there the manager treated my brother rudely after he complained about his over cooked food. Last night we returned because our friends were threre. He kicked out my friend, I then seen him yellling at his waitress. Horrible person as my brother and friend are great people that dont deserve how he treated them. After seeing how he was talking to his waitress I realised this is just how he behaves. Toxic management. We tipped her good because we felt so sorry for her. Good service, horrible managment.

Ordered nachos on Uber Eats and they had a gross fishy smell and taste. Probably not gonna order here again. Also had another restaurant logo in the food container and menu which was odd.

First time at specklebellies lastnight for karaoke and it was SO fun, atmosphere is energetic and servers were great. There were only 2 servers for a packed restaurant, the one bartender I think her name started with a R (short dark hair) was amazing in keeping up, drinks were coming out quick after ordering with a server. I didn't eat but saw food coming out and it all looked good!

Horrible service & experience. Every time I’ve gone there’s always something with this place. The girl with long, thin, black hair working on Friday should not be the in the service industry, owner should be embarrassed.

Wouldn’t waste your time coming here, the Hideout and Blue Rhino are just down the street and would be happy to have your businesses. Can’t seem to get any service at the tables. Wait at the bar for 20 minutes and the bartenders won’t even look at you. If you’re “lucky” enough to get any service at the bar it’s extremely rude and unprofessional. I would be mortified to have people that like working for me. Owner should really reevaluate who they have representing their business.

The bouncer needs to chill out

Last night a group of us tried to give this place another shot and were immediately disappointed. Waited at least 30mins before a server even looked at us and then walked past our table. We then stood at the bar for 10mins making eye contact with all the bartenders and still no service. Once the bartender served us she was extremely rude. Then we sat down and two mins later my friend comes back to the table to tell us that same bartender is kicking her out because her Caesar wasn’t good in her opinion and she asked if she could just get a vodka soda instead since she already paid for the first drink. Bartender told her she has to pay for a new drink, (my friend also being a server knows it’s a simple change that any business should take care of if the customer isn’t happy.) The bartender grabbed her full Caesar and dumped it and then told her to get out and proceeded to grab the security guard. She had long thin black hair down to her butt. this woman should not work in the service industry.
