Did you close?? Or relocate.I’ve been coming here for 10 years and loved spicy bite. The new food is completely different and very unflavoured. How can I order from spicy bite and not this new place?- Megan

We went to celebrate my friend's birthday and we were a group of 12 When we entered the store, we didn't get offered water or the menu So we ended up going to the front desk to ask for the menus we found out that everything was overprised But that's not the issue So we continue and we all decided to get the buffet. We continue eating everything tasted the same and flavor less. The chicken tasted like freezer Burn and it felt like it had been in the freezer for at least 2-3 years But that's not the problem when we went for dessert. We found mold on the grapes plus their dishes didn't seem to be washed and when I brought up my concern at the front desk The lady in the front desk just shrugged and said thanks. To let u know, we spent twenty dollars each, and there were twelve of us just for this buffet that we didn't even get to eat let alone enjoy. So what i'm trying to say is the customer service is horrible and the food is even worse. People have apparently even gotten food poison from there. So please please don't go there.

Update: A guy called and said he'd refund me from my online order, but I did not get refunded and now their number isn't in service. I'd suggest ordering from a different spot.Ordered online from their site and Google says they are open. My order was still pending after my payment was accepted an hour ago and so I tried calling the restaurant to see what's up. A guy answered and said he couldn't hear me, called back again and no pickup. Tried emailing them but nothing yet. Highly doubt I'll get my order, wouldn't trust them now if they're still accepting payments and not providing service or updating their Google hours on if they're actually closed.

I used to order the butter chicken regulary from this restaurant and absolutely loved how velvety and delicious it was. It has gone very down hill in the last year and the food quality has become horrible. The last time I ordered the butter chicken it was watered down and had no spice or sweetness at all! I had to take it home from work and add my own spices to it just to get a hint of what it used to taste like. Please bring the quality of food you had before. I would hate to see this restaurant close as they used to have the best butter chicken in the city..

Worst food experience. I ordered chana masala, tikka, and garlic naan. The food was not fresh, it was pre cooked and microwaved. The tikkas tasted like rubber and the naans were reheated and hard to chew. The chana masala had a weird taste and their was rice mixed in it. Do not recommend.

We ordered from this restaurant as we had some friends in town visiting. The person taking the order was friendly but other than that nothing was good about this place. The fish pakoras were not fresh at all! The vegetable pakoras tasted old and as if they were reheated from being in a warmer. The saffron rice was spoiled and looked like they just used food colouring in it. The lamb biryani was not biryani and tasted like an awful masala. The bhindi (okra) was way too oily, not tasty and had an awful after taste. We ended up throwing out lots of the food and guests were not impressed either. We definitely don’t recommend this place and found it was not worth the money we paid.

We went for dinner tonight.Sorry, I had the worst meals of my life today. Totally spoiled food. It was not Indian food. They know nothing about Indian food. Even the sitting area was not suitable for eating. I would not recommend anyone to go there. If you want to lose money and health, eat this food.

Terrible food, terrible service. Don' waste your time with this restaurant. What a disappointment as I heard good things from a friend to come and check this place out. Ugh, never again.

The owners were very pleasant and helped us choose our choices for dinner. Had a couple curries, a kabob, a rice dish and 2 different kinds of Naan. Perfect amount for 4 and all delicious. Was a delicious and delightful meal while visiting downtown Saskatoon. Thank you for a great meal.

Restaurant was really old and musty, the food was bad. I got the tandoori platter which was mediocre and the buttterchicken was one of the worst butterchickens I’ve had. Tasted so sweet and like ketchup. The naan seemed like it was pre-made from Walmart. And the lassi was not sweet at all. And when I requested to make it sweeter the waiter diluted it in water and handed it back. I paid 50 dollars for a meal that was worth maybe 5. DONT go to this restaurant

Had the butter chicken special. The butter chicken was average, but the Chana Masala was great. Very generous serving sizes. Nice restaurant.

Worst experience ever in the city of Saskatoon. Ordered butter chicken and I had doubts when it came within 5 minutes. Poorly served, samosa was brought from microwave right away. Hard to digest. Chicken was like a rubber, sauce tasted like cra*, pineapples they brought were dirty and black. Rice was not fresh.SERIOUS PART IS I HAD STOMACH ISSUES FOR A WEEK.I paid to get Diseased is what sums up my experience!DONT GO TO THIS PLACE!

We visited today and we quickly realized that we might get food poisoning, the lunch buffet - chicken tundori was not fresh and not properly cooked and cold, one type of plain rice /cold, vegetable salad was just mixed with with of spice and call it a dish, the chickpeas dish was tough cold and hard to the bite, the other meat dish was tough to the bite/not properly cooked and cold, not many options, only grapes I remember as fruit and was and that was couple of grapes out there scattered, the sweets they had something like kheer … I was very disappointed shocked to what they have even tried to make, this is so easy dish and u guys supposed to do at least good on that one, I took a sip (not a bite) it was like you have bunch of hard rice and mixes with milk and some flavours … please close this place. Do better. I told my friend “If you ask me to come and eat here for free, I would not do that”. I went home and feared to get aick, although I didnt finish anything I picked up to eat.

I ordered a chicken tikka masala and they took 30 minutes to prepare it, I had my hopes up hoping the food would be worth it but it wasn’t, I ordered medium hot and they instead gave me extra hot which was not what I ordered the chicken tikka masala just tasted blend and had overdone it with a lot of spices which didn’t taste good at all.
