I’m always greeted warmly by name and my order is delivered quickly, without error. Been coming for years and have always had positive experiences!
Went here today for lunch....Seated right away as there were only 3 tables occupied....Took forever to get waters at the table, which had an off taste.
I had to go and grab my own menus. Ordered the cabbage salad with beef. The beef was pretty much cold and the salad tasted like nothing even after I soaked it in fish sauce. I had also ordered 2 egg rolls, which came out about 45 minutes after I got there and I was already done my salad so I told them it's too late.I've only got an hour for lunch... First and last time here!!! If you want good vietnamese consistently, Head over to Saigon Roll on Avenue A.

I ordered take out, the server did not give me any utensils, but he ask me if I need some.
Not happy with the dining area the guy don’t know how to clean the table properly, and handed out dirty fork, and after wiping the table all the mess went over the bench and did not clean, NOT HAPPPY AT ALL.
DEAR OWNER PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF PROPERLY. THIS WAS MY FAVOURITE PLACE TO GO TO A WHILE AGO, BUT NOT ANYMORE.

It was alright and hit the spot.
Wether dining in or take out, this place never disappoints. One of the best noodle bowls in the city.

We ordered dinner for 1 an and b to go I susituted rice for veggies. What a score I got 4 pieces of broccoli and some carrot slices. The sweet and sour pork was 5 dry ribs with a couple spots that must have been sweet and sour sauce? The order was mainly chow mein that really had no definite taste. The other order was mostly DRIED rice a few veggies and the same tasteless chow mein.
We had the pleasure of eating it cold because we had to wait 20 minutes in the store to get it. I can’t blame the 3 minute drive for it being cold.
All in all a waste of money. I did learn where not to order from.
The wonton soup was amazing. Small place. My friend who is gluten free suggested it for a noodle bowl and spring roll. Would visit again.
Being from Vancouver and having eaten at many Vietnamese restaurants I can confidently say the pho tasted far from authentic. The pho is not served with any fresh bean sprouts or Thai basil, I even requested some from the kitchen and they told me they don’t have Thai basil. The broth has a strange flavour, the beef is over cooked and tough and the beef balls were very salty and have a strange taste. I’ll give two stars because the pan fried dumpling were super good.
Been coming here for a long time for salad rolls and soup
Very disappointed in last visit
Soup broth had no flavour and meat in salad rolls tasted very old
Ordered food for a family dinner at 5pm today. Got told it would be delivered in an hour. Its 715 still hasn't shown up and no one will answer the phones. Petty ridiculous
