I can hardly recommend this restaurant. The portion is smaller than any other Vietnamese I’ve had been. The meat ball is way too salty while the soup is so sour… The chicken served was thin and hard.

First off our order was delivered in a floral scented plastic bag .. pho soup was ordered .. asked for extra lemon and cilantro none came at all .. a combination meal came with sweet and sour ribs .. no sauce on the ribs but on the rice and made it mush inedible .. when the store was called much talk back and forth the end result was they did not care if 3 regular customers since before covid ... who know ALOT people ever come back and I only gave them 1 star to send a review I would not have wanted to give them any. The sad part was this meal was bought as a thank you for the other 2 helping me. They don't care not a good attitude for business owners today. ADDED DUE TO COMMENT: You let the Uber driver come in with his own bags and pack up your food??? As a business owner the part that NO solution was even offered to make things right and you did not care if we ever came back and being called rude when in other posts you are happy to have things brought to your attention ... your telephone etiquette is far different than your posting etiquette .. that was quite a bit of money to throw in the garbage

Ordered from an hotel with Uber eats, ask for ustensile; no ustensile, barely any steaks in the pho, rotten bean sprout, fresh rolls that toast like cardboard I would definitely never order again not recommend this resto.

Ordered takeout, it was awful. Worst food I’ve had in awhile for takeout.We had the spring rolls which tasted like they were fried in the oldest oil. The curry soup was the worst I’ve had and I love curry. The ginger beef was mediocre, very small portion. And the birds nest wasn’t great either. Not sure where all the good reviews come from. Maybe a bad day for them ??♀️

Worst experience in years.Absolutely frustrating when I have been supporting your restaurant for years and I ordered for pick up and when I got home received the wrong items and the girl on the phone tried to argue with me saying that’s what I ordered when I have had the item many times from here.A simple apology would’ve been nice, but she was so rude.

I understand this is a Vietnamese inspired kitchen, so a Thai dish here will have its adaptations. That being said, the Pad Thai was a noodle, frozen mixed veg, bean sprouts with chicken and shrimp and a sprinkle of dry nuts on top.No flavour, dry, and the chicken was expired.Where's the inspiration? Where's the flavour?Owner refunded the dishes and tip.
Hot & sour soup does not compare to others I've had. They could do alot better.

Wanted to try a new place because my regular place down the road has become so rundown and grubby I can't do it anymore. Came in, got waved to a table (and it was not very busy) then I got left by myself for a about 5 minutes without any server coming to the table so I just left. When is no review a review?

This used to be one of my favourite Vietnamese spots and unfortunately the food quality has greatly decreased for some reason. Service was still good, and the house special noodle bowl was decent, but it's definitely not the same, and not nearly as good as it used to be. The spring rolls were burnt. The salad rolls and peanut sauce were not great at all. Pad Thai was mediocre at best. Sadly, I don't think I will return.
