We went for a quiet anniversary dinner and could not have had a better experience. The food was amazing, and the staff were top notch. Highly recommend it, and we'll be back!
Absolutely enjoyed dining at this special place. Stylish & peaceful seating, very professional & friendly service, talented chef w super menu. Great vegan choices, but primarily an omni French restaurant. What a gem.
The server was energetic and knowledgeable. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. The menu was small but well thought-out offering an adequate range of choices. Enjoyed the Pickled Mushrooms to start, followed by perfectly seasoned Lamb chops, wild rice and root vegetables.
The food and service was very good as usual. The tourtiere was delicious and the pickerel was very good. Shouldn't have ordered the $8 bread (4 pretty ordinary buns) as the mains along with the soup was more than enough. We've been here a number of times and the only thing we would like to see now is some new dishes on the menu along with different desserts on a regular basis.
Always an absolute pleasure dining here!! One of the best fine dining restaurants in Saskatoon!
We had such a great experience here. The food was amazing and I was so happy I checked this place out. We ordered the tasting menu and were not disappointed. Plenty of food, great flavours, and awesome service. Definitely one of the best tasting menu experiences I’ve had in the city. We will be going back.
A great place for a date night for my wife and I. Our server Jo was fantastic, and made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be back!
The building is beautiful. They did not have physical menus, you have to scan I QR code. Why do restaurants not have menus anymore? I hate it. It takes away from the experience and makes the occasion feel cheap. I liked that they had a non-alcoholic section. We had the carpaccio to start. The “bread/cracker” that comes with it is horrible. It's slices of a baguette style bread that are so incredibly hard. The carpaccio itself was good. I love arugula and they put a good ratio relative to the bison. I didn't care for the honey mustard vinaigrette but my partner liked it. This appy was $21 and the portion size was worth it. I had the duck. My duck was overdone (medium - well) and didn't have much flavour. The best thing on the plate was the white bean and rice pilaf. The vegetables are very good. Overall, the plate was lacking flavour. My duck was $44 and the portion size was perfect. My partner had the meat pie. The plate was beautiful. He liked the potatoes and the vegetables, but wished the pie meat had more texture. The chutney was very good and the flavours suited each other. The service was adequate, but a bit awkward. She was pleasant and made sure my water glass stayed full. When she brought the bill, she had the machine with her. I understand the convenience, but it was a bit awkward to try and check the bill with her standing there. I definitely prefer Parlor. I'm assuming it's the same management. I think they may need to put more attention into the bistro.
Spent $424.00 for 4 of us and we had to go get a burger after.
Had a wonderful evening at St. Tropez Bistro, and the PARLoR lounge upstairs. Felt a little bad because we inadvertently overstayed a fair bit past close. The food was great (started with the Croquettes, and did the 4 course tasting menu) and the staff was great.

Our first visit and won't be our last. It was an outstanding meal and great service. We highly recommend
The food is always amazing . Tara and I have been going for years now.and have always been in awe. I like to try and recreate some of the dishes for us too because they are amazing. The Spanish 4 course was wonderful. Thank you Steve and Tara
Service, food and presentation were top notch. Will definitely be eating here again in the future and will be recommending to everyone I know looking for a unique dining experience
Happened to go for a company christmas party . The food was quite amazing , had appys and the bison entree . The bison was very tender and delicious . Great old fashioned as well .Service was impeccable and the servers were very friendly .
We had the pleasure of going to the Bistro for a work Christmas party in January, and they had plenty of room for ~25 of us in the back room. Super diligent staff, great menu options (I recommend the bison!), and the desserts were exquisitely designed and tasty. Go check out this Saskatoon iconic spot as well as the speakeasy upstairs!
