Went here on my birthday to get a birthday drink, i have the Starbucks app, but because I don't scan my app everytime i go here, the little blonde girl working said she wouldn't give me a birthday drink. It was obviously my birthday and i had my ID to prove it. She had the audacity afterwards to still say happy birthday to me lol. It was pretty disappointing
They didnit mix my coffee at all. Had to throw away half of it cause it was very sweet in the second half . Also didn’t mix a matcha latte, it had bitter clumps of matcha floating around. Matcha is supposed to be whisked with warm water before being mixed into a drink. Threw both of the over priced drinks away.

Ordered Grande Lavender Oatmilk Matcha and it doesn't look like matcha the color of the matcha is very light green not even green and the purple cold foam its not purple . It's not made properly. They don't do quality starbuckcs here.

We usually have a good experience, especially in the morning when there is a kind Asian gentleman, but afternoon employees do not know the recipe of the drinks. They often forget the toppings and do not put whipped cream on top. When pointed out, they pour out some of the drink before putting the cream on. They need more training or focus.

Service was spot on when we pulled up to the drive thru to retrieve our mobile order. Our order was served at the correct temperature as it should be with no extra wait time.
Most times, we have to wait with our mobile orders to be completed before we can get going, in this case, it took us longer to find the entrance to the drive thru then to get our order.

The amount of people that come in looking for chairs is kind of amusing and awkward as a customer at the same time. Not enough seating for the amount of traffic. Great staff though!
