Went here on my birthday to get a birthday drink, i have the Starbucks app, but because I don't scan my app everytime i go here, the little blonde girl working said she wouldn't give me a birthday drink. It was obviously my birthday and i had my ID to prove it. She had the audacity afterwards to still say happy birthday to me lol. It was pretty disappointing

They didnit mix my coffee at all. Had to throw away half of it cause it was very sweet in the second half . Also didn’t mix a matcha latte, it had bitter clumps of matcha floating around. Matcha is supposed to be whisked with warm water before being mixed into a drink. Threw both of the over priced drinks away.

Ordered Grande Lavender Oatmilk Matcha and it doesn't look like matcha the color of the matcha is very light green not even green and the purple cold foam its not purple . It's not made properly. They don't do quality starbuckcs here.

We usually have a good experience, especially in the morning when there is a kind Asian gentleman, but afternoon employees do not know the recipe of the drinks. They often forget the toppings and do not put whipped cream on top. When pointed out, they pour out some of the drink before putting the cream on. They need more training or focus.

Service was spot on when we pulled up to the drive thru to retrieve our mobile order. Our order was served at the correct temperature as it should be with no extra wait time.
Most times, we have to wait with our mobile orders to be completed before we can get going, in this case, it took us longer to find the entrance to the drive thru then to get our order.

The amount of people that come in looking for chairs is kind of amusing and awkward as a customer at the same time. Not enough seating for the amount of traffic. Great staff though!

Arrived at this location at 8:52 PM on a Thursday to place an order. The drive thru stated they were closed so I proceeded to try to go inside. There were 3 workers inside. The hours outside clearly indicated they were open until 9:00 PM but the doors were locked. I knocked on the door and a worker looked at me but clearly ignored me. As I stood there, two more vehicles emerged from the drive thru also attempting to place orders before their closing time. Open until 9:00 PM means the last customer is served until that point. Unacceptable.

Been here so many times, but this was the worst. This is the weirdest strawberry matcha oat latte that I’ve ever tried, no creamy and tastes like lemonade peppermint? :(

Probably the worst Starbucks I've been in...started with dirty table with hardly any customers. Then service was more than lacking ...young girl clearly look like she did not want to be there.. had no idea how to put order together... had to get up 5x times to get my stuff... only ordered two drinks a bagel and oat bar. Wasn't impressed.

Never a disappointment, gone there since day 1. Drive through can be slow at times but drinks always have been worth it in the end. Update gone here probably at least 100 times since it opened...the best in the city!

Love this location. Staff are super friendly and fast. They always get my order correct and offer a smile or a kind word. Not a ton of seating inside, but it is great for a quick drive thru beverage.
Wheelchair accessibility: Parking lot has ramp to sidewalk, entrance has wheelchair automatic door and is nice and wide, and inside the store are open and spacious.
