Came here for a tasty drink before embarking on the road trip home. So happy for fall drink menu !!!!! I waited quite a frequent amount of time for a drink and whilst waiting I noticed a young daughter and her father ordering a drink - ha i know how that fella must’ve felt. Her drink came out and it was wrong but the staff was very accommodating to fix it. I peacefully was waiting for my drinkity drink and they put a dome lid on a cup and portabella and i laughed and said ha who gets a dome lid and cream whipped and the worker said uhm ma’am this is your drink and i said NO i ordered a pumpkin chai latte with pumpkin cold foam on it. So again they were very accommodating to fix my drink. Like a little TOO accommodating as if this happens frequently. The finished final correct drink was delicious. Thank you for the drink

Coffee shop with no coffee ready. Waited patiently for the sole Battista to make foo foo drinks before moving on to the next customer. Again more foo foo drinks ( popular with the ladies I guess). Finally my turn for a medium black. No coffee was prepared.
I understand Starbucks is challenged with lagging sales. Here's an idea make some coffee and offer an express line. Or just co-locate your store with Tim's.

Today, July 26th around 4pm, I went to Starbucks as usual because I live and work by close, but I had an awful experience that maid my day miserable! The staff who I don’t know the name was a girl who I haven’t met before there, was extremely rude to me and It was not acceptable to me at all. I really want the manager to take the necessary steps for that. When I asked for the coffee she told me we don’t have double-double and you have to go to Tim Horton for that! ( I know that the Tim Horton might have a better sense of the word double-double but in every single cafe shop in Canada they can make it, just the word might be different), referring the customers to another place and business sounds like a joke! And she didn’t even try to continue it, was just waiting for me to go, and then I was like ok what do you guys have ,( because I knew that they always have dark roast and then mix that with what ever I want) she was like ok dark roast, then I was like can you at least mix a bit of cream or milk? She was angrily looking at me like I asked for sth unusual or I’m over expecting !! To make the matters worse, she throw the coffee toward me and a bit of coffee spilt on the table!! And didn’t even say sorry and left!! I was so shocked. It was so unbelievable. I’m a regular customer of there I haven’t seen this attitude before, and it made me so disappointed that I won’t go there any more, maybe better to go to Tim Horton as she said!!

A young boy was working before and he did a wonderful job, however the last few times my family came we received the wrong sized drinks, which was corrected after, however a continuing problem for the new worker seems to be making the recipes right. I was charged for cold foam in a drink that came with it. She didn't put the gingerbread syrup in my iced gingerbread oat Chai latte, was sorely disappointed. My sister ordered a creme Brule iced latte and she was handed a drink with no cream, no Brule crumbs, like that's the entire point of the drink? No caramel. Overall dissappinted. Won't be returning to this one, the young lady was accomadting for the wrong sizes, but the second worker seemed uncaring, not outgoing or friendly and had no care for the craft.

Whoever the barista was working at the Save on foods Kensington location on the afternoon of June 18 was absolutely amazing. This is the only Starbucks I go to, and he made the experience even better.

Lady today made my sugar Oat Shaken Expresso extra gross I went back and asked she said she hates yhe smell of honey and didn't put any I had to order something I don't usually drink 2 stars for effort she was friendly but gross coffee ?
