Mobile ordered before I left the house (at 1030) 10 min drive bc this location always takes so long. Order wasn't ready until 1055. 25 mins for a refresher?
2 baristas making drinks. 1 made 6 drinks before the other made 1.
This is the only starbucks between home and work... guess I'll just save my money from now on

Good people friendly behavior
Hello,
On that day, the weather was wonderful, and I ordered two oat lattes. However, the service I received at the Stonebridge Starbucks was extremely disappointing.
The staff member who took my order appeared to be of Filipino descent and seemed older in age. She served me with a noticeably unfriendly facial expression and spoke in such a low voice that I could barely understand her. As a result, I had to repeat and confirm my order clearly myself.
This was the first time I have ever experienced such an unpleasant situation at Starbucks. It was shocking because, in contrast, other Starbucks locations usually greet customers with bright smiles and excellent service.
Although I asked for her name, I ultimately decided not to report her directly, as I felt it might be too harsh. Nevertheless, because of this encounter, I have decided not to return to the Stonebridge Starbucks in the future.
I am sharing this experience through your survey in the hope that it will help improve the quality of your service going forward.

I waited about 10 minutes for my latte and black coffee at the drive-thru. The girl at the window was handling both taking orders through the headset and giving out drinks, which made the service feel quite slow.
As someone who works in customer service, I understand the pressure, but I think the workflow could be better organized to speed things up. Thanks for the effort, just hoping for a smoother experience next time.

Incredibly slow
I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks location today. The barista who took my order — a short-haired Asian woman wearing a white sweater and no name tag — got my order completely wrong from the start. She punched it in incorrectly despite me repeating it clearly, and then proceeded to make both of my drinks incorrectly.
When I tried to explain the mistake, I was met with a dismissive attitude rather than a genuine effort to make things right. As a customer, I expect basic accuracy and courtesy, especially when I’m paying premium prices. Not only did I leave with drinks I didn’t order, but the lack of accountability was frustrating.
I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but this felt careless and unprofessional. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures better training or supervision for staff — especially for situations where customers are not being heard or respected.
