Horrible service. As if we don't pay enough for your 8$ half cup lattes. You now charge double for 1L sugar free syrups. Actual robbery. Support local coffee shops like Junior over this chain going forward. Absolutely floored to see my receipt of 32$ for a coffee and a bottle of syrup.

Absolutely the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The drive thru was lined up, so I went inside. Ordered my drink at 10:17 am, on October 13th. I waited until 10:45 to receive my drink, and ONLY because I asked twice. Meanwhile, others who ordered after me, received theirs. I even brought this up to the staff, and it was only then the second time after bringing it up, that the younger guy with longer hair made it right away.
I then ask one of the workers not doing anything at the front, for a sticker for my drink. I tell her the experience I just had and how one time I was given a 5 dollar gift card for waiting at a different Starbucks with out even asking. I said, you don’t do this? She replied, no we do. And that was it. Nothing to make my experience right or anything. I said wow; that’s it hey? Nothing to make it better? Okay, I’ll write a one star review. I will also be contacting customer service because after my experience today. I would rather boycott Starbucks. This was a joke and TERRIBle customer service.

I've been to a few Starbucks in Saskatoon and Edmonton and this is my favorite. They have the most cheerful and friendly staff, they are quick and accurate.
Parking: Lots of parking available nearby.

Very slow service, it would be nice to know that there is a wait when you’re in a rush. Several baristas and it still took over ten minutes for two coffees. And when requesting hot water the staff was very rude. Will not be returning to this location.

Going there back in 2023 really settles my mood in Summer, Staffs are okay, the inside is quiet yet peaceful and the quality of drinks are good.
Had a great experience here last week. Fast, knowledgeable, attentive baristas. Tasty drinks.

Nice staff, but the last 3 drinks I ordered from here were missing the flavour/sugar pumps. I go to Starbucks maybe twice a month and am a busy mom so rarely have time to go back and get it corrected. Haven't had this problem at any other location.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Starbucks today. I waited for over 30 minutes for my drinks to be made, despite there being only a few customers in line ahead of me. The staff seemed disorganized and slow, and it was frustrating to see other customers who arrived after me receive their orders before mine.

Worst service ever taking longer than it has to be they were not preparing my order although the employee was free i dont know what they were doing. Very disappointed , worker katie she dont know how to talk.
