I ordered mint mocha, the employee was in middle of making my order , he stopped and took another order. He than made twice and still all i got is milk with mint shot. The guy who took my order came and handed me $4 gift card without saying anything. Terrible customer service.

Ordered banana loaf with my coffee...it was so dry the dust went down my throat and choked me. I paid $4.25 for that experience. If they offered it as days old and knocked off a buck or two, we wouldn't be having this conversation. I despise being ripped off!

Vegetarian options: Less veggie options but those are great to have.Seems to be more options for vegitarian..Because nowadays, people are tend to eat vegitarian food.

Super friendly environment. The drinks and good are good. I’d recommend the “sausage and cheddar breakfast sandwich” it brings English muffins/egg McMuffins to the next level. I go here every once and a while for a treat. Starbucks, please get wider straws for frappes orrrr you could just go pack to plastic straws?!?! I usually have straws in my car but if I don’t have a straw I will not get a frappe cause it’s too hard to drink with the skinny little cardboard straw, especially if you have a Java chip one or something that has pieces in it that will get stuck in the straw. The drinks are good, pricey but understandably so, and these days with everything going up I feel their drink prices haven’t changed much so it doesn’t feel crazy expensive. The staff go above and beyond with not only my own orders but with other customers or while doing drive thru. They seem to work well as a team.
Doesnt honour the rewards app program here, avoid if you collect points or want to redeem awards.
