I mean when my order is ready and I'm in my car at their pick up window, the staff member closes the window as I approach and continues to take the order for the only vehicle behind me...when she's talking over my cup of coffee right there instead of handing me it, while touching her face constantly..that's how they loose their tips.

I 10/10 would recommend this starbucks. They are always so efficient and friendly. I have never had a poor experience and even when there was a delay in my order one time it was solely because the espresso machine was down and they gave me a gift card for $4.

It's my birthday today, so I scrolled in to use my free bday drink. I was having a rough morning, zero energy. The male barista who took my order totally changed my mood. He was fan-freakn-tastic. Excellent customer service, I left with a smile on my face, a huge delicious cold brew and a new outlook on the day. Thank you so much for you positivity, I really appreciate it. The staff at this location are absolutely amazing. I switched to decaf and can't go without my ice coffee, so I figured out how to make a decaf ice coffee. It can taste a little off sometimes because it's a decaf Americano but the staff always ensures that I try my drink before I leave to make sure it's perfect and if not they are always happy to fix it. Everyone is super friendly and great to talk to in the morning!

I went there at 7 am in the MORNING.I was the only customer there and even asked them if it is possible to lower the music but I will they had their own priority to have fun while working!!! Ended up running out of there with a headache :-(

Whenever I come here in the morning during the week but whenever I do my drink is usually made by Raine and she is fantastic!! She makes my drinks almost every morning and does it better than any of the other Starbucks I’ve been to.

Just spent 10 dollars on a curdled drink. If the milk isn’t good you shouldn’t use it. Very disappointing and will not go back

This place has gone down hill. Not only did drive through take 20 mins for 4 cars. But my sandwich was so wonderful put together. Sucks I can't share a picture of my sandwich and how it looked. I'll go to a different location from now on
