i & my buddy ordered two drinks (chai tea latte and iced chai latte) around 6 pm. Both of the drinks doesn’t have traditional Starbucks taste that we ordered. I asked for caramel drizzle in iced chai latte but the glass was full of ice. Disappointing

Terrible and disappointing. The staff didn't seem to be trained as well as other locations. They were confused with my order and made things extra difficult. They tried to make it up to me by giving me a very watered down tea 🤦🏻♀️ definitely won't ever be going here again and would recommend others to stay away!
