I frequently visit to get one of my favorite drinks, a peppermint mocha, no one makes it like starbucks. It's always delicious, however today when I went through the drive through i was handed my drink and it felt quite light, almost too light. I drove to work and once I pulled into my parking space I popped the lid off of my $7.50 drink only to see that it was only filled to between 1/2 & 3/4 of the cup. I was dissapointed to say the least. Called the store and the manager said I would get a free one on my next visit.
Update, I went to retrieve my complimentary mocha today to find out there is no record of such. I felt stupid to say the least having to re-tell what happened on my last visit. I contacted corporate and a refund was made to my starbucks account.

Horrible customer service. I ordered a cold drink and a black coffee, black coffee was made in seconds and I stood at the counter for 25 minutes waiting for the second one. People were walking in, ordering and walking out. I asked if my order was made already and the barista said it's in the queue of drinks to make and to wait. 10 minutes later she comes and asks me what my drink order was again– I asked for a refund. I understand places get busy, but that was just unacceptable.

I’m mostly writing this review because of one employee named Josh. I come to this location frequently and she is always so sweet. I wanted to buy her a drink, but she didn’t let me so I think you guys should ;). Ps. the sweet cream cold foam is usually really good and my puppy loves pup cups. JOSH SLAYS!!!!
