Visited this location as I was visiting family from out of town. When I pulled up I could see a employee sitting on the counter. Went into and they seemed more focused on themselves. Its a shame to as I don't really post these things but was taken aback and felt like they didn't really care that I was a customer. Food and drink tasted good and could have been a good visit otherwise.

Great Starbucks experience! The store was very clean, which made it a comfortable spot to relax. Service was quick and efficient, with staff that kept the line moving smoothly. I am regural there. I love my tea but it’s different everyday sometimes I feel like I am drinking warm milk with no chai flavour, need some consistency. But service is great staff is awesome and place is good if you want to hand out. Knocking one star off as table was nut clean and tea had no flavour.

In my experience the servers try to help, but my order was wrong in 3 different ways. The biggest issue was my coffee was both the wrong size and completely cold despite being ordered hot. Additionally I asked specifically for a cup of water without ice, and was given a full cup of iced water. I see others have had the cold coffee issue as well, so this is a consistent issue with this location and should be fixed.
For the most part the workers are all quite nice however almost every single time i come to this location, which is often because i live nearby, they make my drink incorrectly. I’ve worked in food service before and i know how stressful it can be at times. That being said i do have a dairy allergy and it’s extremely frustrating spending so much money at a place for them to use the wrong milk due to lack of attention. I truly think despite the general staffs loveliness, they should take a little more time and care when make the drinks as more often then not people are ordering different milk due to intolerance rather than because it’s “trendy”. Probably the scariest thing i’ve had happen was ordering a drink with oat milk, i asked the barista when i picked it up to ensure it was made correctly and she said “oh, no i used almond milk”, my boyfriend has a severe nut allergy and i almost always let him try my drinks. This definitely should not be the case as they are paid to make people’s drinks, they should make sure they are correct. Overall, while the people are lovely, if you have allergies, i would definitely be wary of this location.

I used the drive thru so I can't tell you anything about the atmosphere, but the attendant on the drive thru was quite helpful in my selection, and I ended up getting 2 drinks so I could try the new Midnight Drink (superb, loved it) and didn't mind or get upset when I had to pay the last dollar in coins, as some people do these days.
