I have been coming here Monday through Friday since mid-December. Every staff member I have had the pleasure of interacting with is always friendly and welcoming. My coffee is always made perfectly too! I’m not a huge fan of Starbucks food though, it’s pretty bland but that’s not the staffs fault.

Never in my life been spoken to the way a Barista spoke to me today. My matcha was white with floating chunks. I asked them to rewhisk it, because I was literally at the same location yesterday & had a great drink, exact same order. This woman caused a scene, yelling, telling me I didnt know what matcha was, attempting to read the label of the matcha & justify the horrible job she did, & after remaking the drink. It was SOMEHOW EVENT WORSE! & she crushed the cup, causing it to leak all over my hand. I hope this person never works customer service again & until the learn to communicate appropriately & what a matcha whisk is. Horrified
Such a rude employees i set in chair to wait for my bus there was no chairs in bus stop and I was very tired feel to go indoor for some seconds .but employee got me out of the store for buying nothing maybe the way she was looking at me at that time was very disrespectful never wanna come to ur place
