I got a drink and it was supposed to be the blue new summer refresher but when I got it, it was purple and tasted the cherry. When I told the lady that it tasted like cherry and was also purple, she said “I can see, I will make you a new one.” Then she came back to my table and said there was no cherry in it. So when I went back up and told her yes there is it tastes like cherry and is even the wrong colour she said she would give me a gift card and it had $4 on it when my drink was no joke 14 dollars because of the size and exact pearls and cold foam plus’s strawberry inclusions. But I was with a group and felt so uncomfortable and really did not wanna ruin the hang out because I had already gone up twice and it felt so uncomfortable and over looked even though they made it wrong and all my friends could taste the cherry too.

I went to this Starbucks, and I asked for light ice and light inclusions in my drink. When I got it the cup was half filled with ice and tons on inclusions which it never is at any other location. When I asked the guy to fix it he harshly denied my request and told me that it was right when I’ve never received that much ice. I don’t mean to sound like a Karen but considering the drink is 7$ I thought it was ridiculous.

Best place to sit in the morning while watching the sun come up drinking a coffee, nice and warm cosy as well, sometimes the staff mess up my drink but they are always obliged to remake it properly, I do get annoyed by the tipping option for buying one drink which is the Sugar Cookie Oat Latte Decaf Venti, I feel like it shouldn’t pop up unless your getting more than 1 or 2 items.

Zero customer service. I asked for a sleeve and the girl almost threw me out one. I understand they are busy but I politely asked for it! The manages should train their staff better. Considering their prices, if we don't get the customer service, there is no point going there. That is the only main reason I choose Starbucks! Very much disappointed!

You can sure tell when the A-Team is not working. I see I am Not Alone by the reviews in the last couple months or so. Cold coffee, food left to sit out after coming out of the oven and then they make you feel like you're complaining is so trivial. 1 A-Team I hope you know who you are. My tipping reflects the performance. At least I save money when the service sucks.

Instructions weren’t followed in making my tea. Outside tables were all dirty, and staff inside were doing very little because there were no customers. If the weather is nice enough to have the tables on the patio, then they should be clean please.
