I placed an order the morning of the Red Mug Day and chose the drink I wanted from the list. I ordered Uber delivery (the website indicated it was available), but I never received the mug. The order was placed at 8:57 AM. Why do such a promotion if you can't ensure the mugs are in stock? 😢

It was not very busy inside but we still had to wait. We were done our food before the drinks were ready. They didn’t make the correct kids steamer and it was boiling hot. Not the way it should be made for a kid. They must be training today. This is not what you would expect when spending this much $$$.

Not a go to coffee place, but I needed to get some work done. The place had nothing but taylor swift blasting though the speakers for an hour (maybe longer?), great that someone likes her music, but variety would be nice, a more accommodating volume for customers would be nice too.

Never once did they get a drink or a sandwich wrong. Passion tango with lemonade is the bomb! I'd take a picture right now, but no one wants to see a ventai dragon drink that is 95% empty lol

When placing my order at the counter I was met with a very rude employee, he did not greet me or ask for any information such as anything I can get or even my Starbucks app code, just rudely barked my total at me

Do not go inside to order unless you want to wait 20 minutes for your coffee. Drive thru is their priority. Terrible customer service

Hey this is pretty important - tried calling your store no answer. My order was made at exactly 6:45am Saturday Sept 6. I was obviously pranked (there's really no other explanation). I ordered 2 venti lattes and 1 is 1/3 full. This isn't one of those situations where there was just a lot of foam and it went down. Nope - there was no foam , no whip cream. It's like I was pranked and the barista filled the cup with 1/3 psl sauce with a splash of milk. There's no way this is an accident. I order daily and this has never happened before. Now this has me super concerned because if there's someone doing that - what else are they doing??? Never In my life has anything like this happened and I've ordered Starbucks like 2000 x. It's hard to tell in the picture but it's just under half full. This is 100% untouched.
Hutton at Starbucks is absolutely outstanding! Such a kind and helpful young man, by going above and beyond to make sure customers feel welcome. He served me with the best smile and made my visit such a positive experience. His service was fast, friendly, and professional. 10/10 – I’ll definitely be looking for Hutton again the next time I’m at Starbucks!

This place has bad customer service by all staff, no one greeted us at all and the atmosphere was very cold when we walked in. We mentioned that there was no toilet paper in the bathroom and the other one is locked, they just said oh it must be in use and didn't bother to even get some more toilet paper for the other bathroom. We ordered a tea latte, it was made incorrectly and when we asked for it to be fixed they were very cold. It felt like they were whispering in their headsets to each other as well. Don’t waste your time coming here, the employees don’t care.

Super bad service. Stayed more than 5 minutes at drive through to give order, nobody took order or said anything. Came to window, and they saw us, but ignored. They were busy in cleaning. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. I would never go back there.
