This place has bad customer service by all staff, no one greeted us at all and the atmosphere was very cold when we walked in. We mentioned that there was no toilet paper in the bathroom and the other one is locked, they just said oh it must be in use and didn't bother to even get some more toilet paper for the other bathroom. We ordered a tea latte, it was made incorrectly and when we asked for it to be fixed they were very cold. It felt like they were whispering in their headsets to each other as well. Don’t waste your time coming here, the employees don’t care.

Super bad service. Stayed more than 5 minutes at drive through to give order, nobody took order or said anything. Came to window, and they saw us, but ignored. They were busy in cleaning. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. I would never go back there.

I got a drink and it was supposed to be the blue new summer refresher but when I got it, it was purple and tasted the cherry. When I told the lady that it tasted like cherry and was also purple, she said “I can see, I will make you a new one.” Then she came back to my table and said there was no cherry in it. So when I went back up and told her yes there is it tastes like cherry and is even the wrong colour she said she would give me a gift card and it had $4 on it when my drink was no joke 14 dollars because of the size and exact pearls and cold foam plus’s strawberry inclusions. But I was with a group and felt so uncomfortable and really did not wanna ruin the hang out because I had already gone up twice and it felt so uncomfortable and over looked even though they made it wrong and all my friends could taste the cherry too.

I went to this Starbucks, and I asked for light ice and light inclusions in my drink. When I got it the cup was half filled with ice and tons on inclusions which it never is at any other location. When I asked the guy to fix it he harshly denied my request and told me that it was right when I’ve never received that much ice. I don’t mean to sound like a Karen but considering the drink is 7$ I thought it was ridiculous.
Always very friendly staff, especially the drive thru. Love going to this location!

Best place to sit in the morning while watching the sun come up drinking a coffee, nice and warm cosy as well, sometimes the staff mess up my drink but they are always obliged to remake it properly, I do get annoyed by the tipping option for buying one drink which is the Sugar Cookie Oat Latte Decaf Venti, I feel like it shouldn’t pop up unless your getting more than 1 or 2 items.
