I just got an strawberry lemonade from this location and I’m so disappointed because I got the cup full of ice instead of lemonade. I didn’t pay to have a full cup of ice ??? next time I’ll make sure to ask the ice on the side or no ice at all!!!

He doesn't have the leadership qualities of a shift supervisor and I just want customers to be aware of him that's all. I love starbucks and every other store I go to alway try their best to deliver the starbucks mission except for this particular employee. Very rude!

Omg, the employees here were so nice! Me and my sister wanted to try something weird and new, and it was a pretty long order for one coffee. We were there, with a long order, very close to closing time as we got stuck in traffic. And yet, they were so nice and made it to the best of their abilities, ending up being exactly how we wanted it! 100trillion/10, would very much recommend!!! Thank you!

A cozy Starbucks that is very reliable to be open as early as 6:30 am and as late as 11:00 pm. It is great spot to grab a coffee if you are shopping in nearby Winners or London

I’ve worked at Starbucks so I know the dos and don’ts and they just don’t care. They have terrible customer service. I wouldn’t expect a good drink from them even if they tried.** edit. Came to this starbucks at 10:13pm, says online they closed at 10:30. Then they said they were already closed for 20 mins?? Like why would they put they’re open till 10:30 then?? Honestly disappointed smh. But yet they made a car in front of us 4 drinks. If y’all say you’re open till 10:30, then stay open till 10:30 frick. Unbelievable

It is a waste of time to hire individuals who cannot communicate effectively in English. During a recent visit to a drive-through, I encountered an employee who was unable to comprehend our order and spoke incoherently. Despite waiting for 10 minutes, no one at the window acknowledged our presence or order. It is disappointing to pay a premium price for coffee and receive subpar service due to the lack of language proficiency among employees. As a result, I will be seeking alternative coffee shops in the future.
