I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks. I ordered a drink, but it wasn't made correctly. When I politely asked for a replacement, the barista, Lynh, was rude and argumentative instead of fixing the mistake. I was surprised by the lack of customer service and professionalism. I expect better from Starbucks, especially when it comes to handling mistakes. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for.

I am a regular at the Starbucks in the Saskatoon airport and i absolutely love it there. They have such a welcoming and happy environment and they keep a very clean space. Every time I go there, each individual employee greets me by name and shares a smile. They are super quick and their coffee and food is always amazing. Highly recommend stopping for coffee next time you travel!

I was charged $1 for cream added to my drip coffee. This is the first time it has ever happened. I have been to many airport Starbucks, overseas and in North America. I like getting a coffee on a layover to bring onto the plane. I also go to Starbucks all over Western Canada and USA on road trips and on occasion when running around my home town as well. When I asked her if they were charging for milk now she had a moment where she looked really angry I asked. There was a security/customs guy at the side chatting her up. It felt like there would be a problem if I asked her again as he looked like he was trying to impress her and maybe vice versa. My $3.50 coffee came to $5.00 and it felt like a weird and abusive power dynamic, as well. This happened on June 11th. I keep thinking about this, so I decided to write a review so owners are aware and so are other customers.

I went to the Starbucks Saskatoon airport . I had the worst experience. The barista wasn’t able to explain the drink even in a very basic English. They were not able to communicate . What will a customer do in this kind of situations when they cannot even communicate with any customer because I tried to communicate not with one but many employer. One of the employer said “how can I get you” I don’t know what that employee meant I felt really uncomfortable and for me it was really disrespectful. They even failed to give us information about drinks and we weren’t even able to drink it the taste was disgusting.

I went to Starbucks and ordered Caramel Macchiato firstly i waited for 10 minutes and there was not even that rush a short hair lady took my order and she didn’t even make my coffee sweet there was no vanilla it was just a milk with caramel no vanilla or espresso it was just a coffee without coffee wasted my money and my time

I am a regular visitor of Starbucks and the one at the airport is really nice when it comes to service and ambience. I was served by Hannah who was really nice, she has a beautiful smile and was polite too. I was confused what to order and she helped me in selecting the item. Keep up the good work Hannah and the team! ? ?
