If I could give it a 0 I would Always the worst service ever They are by far the worst Starbucks I have ever been to Can never get an order right Always have to put the drinks in my tray and get my own straws Never ever friendly no one say hi or thank you Always get light ice and they always fill the cup up with ice. Way to many staff standing around talking to each other than helping customers

A cozy and inviting place. The atmosphere was cheery, the pistachio latte was delish and the baristas were ridiculously friendly and personable- even giving me my drink on the house for no particular reason and writing a kind note on my cup. ☺️Thank you!

I recently had a disappointing experience at Starbucks when I went to pick up my order. The staff wrote my name in black ink on the darkest part of the bag, making it nearly impossible to find. When I couldn't locate my order and politely asked the barista for assistance, I was met with a shockingly rude and condescending attitude. The barista treated me as if I were dumb.
This level of unprofessionalism is disheartening. A simple solution would be to write names on the light brown part of the bag, where they are actually visible. I would expect staff to treat customers with basic courtesy and respect.
