I recently had a disappointing experience at Starbucks when I went to pick up my order. The staff wrote my name in black ink on the darkest part of the bag, making it nearly impossible to find. When I couldn't locate my order and politely asked the barista for assistance, I was met with a shockingly rude and condescending attitude. The barista treated me as if I were dumb.
This level of unprofessionalism is disheartening. A simple solution would be to write names on the light brown part of the bag, where they are actually visible. I would expect staff to treat customers with basic courtesy and respect.

There were two people working during my visit. Each of them were very kind and also fast when preparing peoples orders. I was only able to get the one employees name Andre. Good experience would recommend stopping by if you’re in the area and craving Starbucks.

I really appreciate everyone to visit this store , if ur craving for a drink. Today, It was so snowy and windy outside and I visited this store to get a drink its almost 9:05PM and they are closed but I went to the window and ask a guy name Adrian for a coffee and he served with me a great smile and so polite. I really like here behaviour with me. Even their store is closed but still he served. I really appreciate it. Thank you so much Adrian and team.

Literally the worst Starbucks experience. The barista Joy gave me an attitude for no reason. She seemed very impatient and didn’t even care the customers. I had been waiting there around 25-30mins for my ONE drink even though it was not even that busy there. Everyone behind me already got their drinks expect me, I guess they just forgot my order somewhere. Finally the barista made my drink but she didn’t pay attention that it was a Grande in a Venti cup, and she had to remake it. Well, she didn’t even say a single word to apologize, and rolled her eyes. Also, she didn’t remake it right way, she just continued to make other people’s drinks. Again, another 5mins wait…I could had this 35mins to grab a meal seriously but for a drink,ugh.I would never ever come to this location again!!

This is the worst starbucks out there ever since they opened the drive through. I seriously don’t know what the issue is. Starbucks at 25th is pretty much same in terms of being busy and they never do delays. Avoid this Starbucks if you are not doing a drive through. They give priority to mobile and drive through, and if you ordered in store, well good luck getting that drink. They made me wait for half an hour. Prioritized bulk orders over me even when I ordered first. And when I asked her how long it will take since it was already half an hour now, she threw a coffee together, the worst iced shaken espresso I have had, she did not even put the classic syrup, just threw the coffee at me and was like “I am sorry for the delay.” I was still okay coz I was like okay they are busy. But the coffee tasted so bad! Never going to them again unless I do a drive through. There is four of them and they still can’t manage orders, they are unorganized unprofessional bunch.Either they need more trained staff or more people. And the manager looks like she will kill someone any time with an angry face. Worst starbucks in Saskatoon.
