I was at the RUH Starbucks Aug3/23 and wanted to grab a couple drinks and snacks for me and my friend staying at the hospital. Elijah was working and was the only one there at the time. He had a few drinks to make before he took my order and he apologized that I’d have to wait a minute or two. When he did take our order he apologized again for the wait. He was quick, he was efficient and had a smile on his face the whole time. As a sales manager I can tell you that is the kind of employee I am always on the lookout for. A smile and a positive attitude mean everything in customer service, and you definitely have that Elijah!!!

The baristas are very friendly and helpful and encourage trying new drinks/coffees. Awesome break from a busy work day. This is a very busy Starbucks and the line ups are very long at times and they can use more staff.

I just don’t understand why a Barista would give you an attitude for asking a drink tray. I know I only ordered a couple of drinks and couple of danishes but I will be walking to children’s hospital with a bunch of stuff in my hand aside from my drinks, it’ll be nice to have a tray so I don’t spill my drinks on my way. I only asked for a drink tray nicely but that rude Filipino barista who wears orange shirt has just an attitude, not smiling and slammed the tray as she returns to where it supposed to. I know everyone is tired but giving an attitude to your customers is very unacceptable.

The coffee at Starbucks is absolutely disgusting. Tastes like burnt coffee. The staff is very friendly and they get the line moving quickly

This place is ridiculous. Options in this hospital are garbage from the cafeteria or Starbucks. Try updating your hours so that someone who is stuck here can get a coffee and not walk up to a closed kiosk. Like seriously. Closed at 7?? Make room for a franchise that wants to provide a legitimate service.

I thought I'd never buy from this STARBUCKS again until I met these two young ladies who helped me out with my STARBUCKS application from my phone. They patiently taught me how to use it. I'm kinda not too technical. Anyway, Tony and Kaila (kayla) thanks for being nice when all the world is filled with the virus and snobbish other gals. Some, my own kababayans. It's their Hours of Service. Shift workers should be able to get a coffee at 9pm and 6am. Hit up Good Earth instead.

inconsistent taste of the product.... for hot drinks, if the chocolate milk has to have cream and chocolate fudge, please make sure to add it,other wise, been told by the customer not to put any! Please make it consistentand apply your standard starbucks taste!

staff didn’t listen to me when I told them my order and didn’t make the correct drink. And they still didn’t make it right the second time either and i didn’t wanna have to wait for a third drink,as they took so long to make it in the first place because they stand around at the bar talking to eachother. not impressed
