Not one not two but THREE TIMES now they have forgot the au jus and aioli for the beef dip.. Only to be told by the restaurant sorry we can't do anything ask skip for a credit. So incredibly disappointing. Trying to support this place but it's a total miss! Incredibly unhelpful/uncaring staff.
0/10 do not recommend and will Continue to encourage people to go else where. Keep in mind $25 for this after tax
I ordered through Door Dash and had an issue with the quality of my dish. DD wouldn’t do anything to help so I contacted State & Main directly. They offered to issue a refund but I really wanted my meal, so asked if they would consider simply remaking it and I’d pick it up. They said yep no problem, and had it ready like 20 minutes later. It was perfect, exactly how I figured they would usually make it. Not only that, they have me a coupon for a credit towards our next bill...read full review
