Food was good. We had a reservation that shrunk by the time we got there, but there were no issues. Once waited on, service was quick. Did have a bit of a wait to get first service - but that could've been staff thinking we were waiting for a few more. Food was very good, quick to come out. Wait staff was polite, friendly and efficient.

Way too dark in there. Also your TVs need to the brightness turns up I could not even see the Jays game. Ate the beef dip. Bun was dry, meat was dry and no cheese or onions. Terrible

Overall it was a nice meal. Only thing that was a bit disappointing was that we ordered an appetizer and we weren't even close to being done it and our food was brought out. It would have been nice if our server would have waited a bit before placing our main meals into the kitchen to give us time to finish the appetizer. It wasn't busy so not like she would have been scared that our meals would have taken longer. An experienced server would know this.

This three stars review is to mention some areas of growth. It is a well located restaurant Downtown, the service was okay, however there was only one server helping all tables. Food was okay, I ordered a chicken sandwich with avocado, but the avocado wasn't ripe enough. They have lots of potential to work to be a top restaurant, but need to work on it.

I had an excellent experience at State & Maine! The food was absolutely delicious — every dish was full of flavor, fresh, and beautifully presented. From the first bite to the last, you could really tell they use high-quality ingredients. The service was equally impressive. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the meal. It's always a pleasure to be served by people who genuinely care about your dining experience. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for great food, excellent service, and fast delivery. I'll definitely be coming back!

Paid 6.50 extra for chicken breast with my salad and there was literally 2oz of chicken. For reference, a breast is typically 4-6oz. I called the restaurant and since it was a pick up, they couldn't do anything in that moment but didn't offer to do anything for me next time I came in either. $27 salad should have a decent portion of chicken, js.
***Update Almost immediately after posting this review, I was contacted by customer service as well as the manager of the restaurant. Excellent customer service, it's so nice to see these days. Definitely will be going back. Thank goodness because the food is delicious!
Very good service and the quality of food is fantastic. I find the prices to be higher than other similar restaurants, however, this may be due to the prime location of downtown and close to the river.

Salad was delightful, and the service was exceptional. Very impressed for a small spot in Saskatoon. If you come, ask to sit in Kierra 's section, she is a star!!!
