The food was very good and we love the hotel and general atmosphere. But switching staff mid through changed our service substantially. I.e. Took an hour to get dessert ordered and delivered. Kind of changed what started as a promising evening.

First of all the service here is amazing. I felt catered to and cared for. I had the 6oz steak on sourdough in the “handhelds and sandwiches” section of the menu. It was not so much a handheld since there was so much steak, but it was delicious and easy to enjoy with the cutlery. I really enjoyed it, the sourdough was fresh and the fries were cooked to perfection. I’d come again!

Expected more from the lounge at the bessbourough. Salted caramel carrot cake was ok at best. Washroom gross yet password protected. 2stars literally because I could get a peach sour

The service here is top notch! I really appreciate how the staff are on it! The bartender Brandon and the manager that’s working the bar as well are phenomenal. Really appreciate the customer service here. I would absolutely recommend!

Very quiet when we were there (probably due to COVID), one person working, but we still received good service, though it was understandably a bit slow. I had the impossible burger with Caesar salad. The burger was good, but it was a particularly delicious salad. We finished with the carrot cake cheesecake, which was amazing. I’d go back just for a Caesar salad and the cheesecake.

$32 Tenderloin, salad greens, french fries....pros:good flavourcons:very long waitsteak came out cold and over cookedsalad had rotton greensfries were soggy, cold and undercookedgrilled greens were cold and very small portionoverall....walk half a block or two and find a waaaaay better dining experience. very poor here, I expect more from a Marriot bonvoy location.

I went to spend my Xmas evening along with my husband and we were not disappointed, the ambience was pleasant and relaxing, we had 2 glasses of Italian red wine which was $11 for 6once and it was a perfect glass of wine, it was perfectly paired with our main dish ( lamb strip loin), I was highly impressed by our main dish which was perfectly cooked medium and flavors were perfectly balanced, dish had some smokey flavor which I loved, it’s been long time I had such a wonderful meal, the waitress who was serving us was very friendly yet professional, thank you Stovins to made our evening just the way we wanted. We would love to visit you soon!
