Horrible! Good took over an hour to get here, it was dry, and burned. They used icing sugar to cover the burned parts of the French toast, on both mine and my moms food. Listen to the reviews and do not order from here!

Went to sugar shack around 6pm on Monday May 1st. We waited 35 minutes for one dole whip, one order of nacho fries and one taco in a bag. The meat on the nacho fries and in the taco in a bag was not ground beef as advertised on their instagram, but looked like what seemed to be a burnt, cut up hamburger patty. the dole whip was good but the rest was a huge waste of money and time.

We made the mistake of ordering from this place twice through skip the dishes. The first time wasn't bad, I ordered the 'Strawberry Cheesecake French Toast'. It was really good, however they did not send the maple syrup but at least we got the cheesecake filling and some whipped cream. However my hot chocolate that I ordered was mangled and spilt everywhere.The second time we ordered it took them an hour and a half to make 4 slices of french toast, we were texting with our delivery driver and watched him sit outside of the restaurant for over an hour. When we finally got our food we did not get the filling in either order, cheesecake or apple, there was no syrup, no whipped cream, half a berry and both orders were burnt. The first time the food wasn't half bad, that's why we ordered again, but the second time it was awful all around.

Meh food, bad packaging, coffee cup was crushed (and spilled as a result), food took extra long and wasn't even warm upon arrival, didn't include the maple syrup, either.I see why your rating on skip was low.Also, your phone number led to a guy named josh.Might want to fix that.Don't bother with here, folks. Go find somewherr that pays their employees enough to care.

On our visit there was a wonderful group of young people efficiently running the place. Somehow my order got lost so I stood by the window for some time waiting. They were so great with sometimes snotty guests. When I brought up that my order had been awhile they were apologetic and got it done right away. Ice cream and dole whip were great.
