It depends on who the employees working at time you shop, some employees are great but some have short comings. Generally the majority try their best to deliver by speed.

First & last visit to this location. Shittiest customer service ever seen at any subway. Employees need to change their behaviour too rude. Got a meal just to find out Potato rings burnt.

Whoever owns most of the locations including 8th St. across from London Drugs sure does a great job at making sure that it's spotless and clean in their. I've never had an issue with cleanliness when I've walked into this location on Clarence or the one on 8th St. which I visit frequently. Staff normally overall friendly and never any issues with the staff. They're also always changing out there gloves as well. Food prep area always clean and tidy too.. as well as the lobby. Lots of the Tim Hortons and McDonald's in this City is a pig sty. Subways for the most part at least have high standards on cleanliness and customer service I've noticed.

They don't have the Italian herb and cheeze bread, red onions and the grill machine was also not working when I ordered, tho it was a pick up order and it shows I can add everything and then I need to eat the sandwitch without any of this stuff and without grilled as well.
Totally dis-satisfied..!

This place is disgusting garbage and leftover food left everywhere and then the men's bathroom 🤮 then the oven was not working so I couldn't toast my sub or get the new footlong nachos. The one saving grace was the one nice friendly staff but only one person was working and had to tell the other people to come help when 5 other people entered the store

A very poor experience of all time at this subway. Asked for veggie delight and give me just bread and few veggies and feels like they are saving some sauce for whole year.

A little disappointed. Asked for a large 12oz soup, and noticed the server didn't fill the container up all the way. I mentioned this to her, and she showed me the mark inside the bowl that they were to fill it up to. As I was taking this home to eat, I paid my 4.49, and left. After I was finished eating the soup, I figured I would see if the line inside the bowl was actually 12oz. And cleaned it out, then put water in up to the line. Poured the water into a measuring cup and read less than 10 oz. Not impressed!

This subway had really unhelpful staff on shift tonight at 6pm on Monday November 18th 2024. They were negative and slow, forgot MULTIPLE things on the food I ordered and tried to take my food from me without my okay???? I won’t be coming back after this experience.
