Messed up my online order :( I know customer service / food service workers aren’t paid well or always treated well. It just sucks when you spend money (subway lower your prices) and then your order is wrong.

I've ordered from this location for months. Recently, there has been a trainee working, and honestly? He takes longer to make the sandwiches, but he makes them good. Love the food, and I've had a good experience from this subway.

1. I placed an order online for pickup. I went there after 20 according to online pickup estimate time but it was not ready. I can understand it was busy or else ok take your time.
2. After taking this long time they didn’t make my sub very well. The guy at the prep line was throwing everything in sub. He did not make well. The shape of the sub literally 🥴
3. You taking long time to make food and even though the food is not except-able.

Today around 5:30 pm I come here and I ask the guy who was working in front to change his gloves as he was working with bacon and I am pure vegetarian, he was showing me attitude and when he wash his hands he didn’t wipe his hands ( even kids know hands need to be wiped ) he started making my sandwich with wet hands and that bread was like as it was dipped in water. Moreover he don’t have communication skills how to talk with customers, this is not first time he was rude, he can quit if he don’t have work ethics and communication skills. Plz teach him some ethics and moral values. I wish I could give negative rating.

Service is good, but God damn. Just finished throwing up my pizza sub. It was cooked and everything but their food safety standards are non existent. Be careful eating from here.

My son Bentley is autistic and very picky about the food he eats but for some reason this particular location he always eats his food he is very happy to come here every day for lunch and is treated very well by all the staff they all know him by name what he wants as soon as he walks in the door they all give him attention by making him laugh and jump around and make him feel welcome I highly recommend this particular subway to everyone and to the management great job!!!!

I wouldn’t recommend this subway, I went there to get a sub the guy was half way done making it walked over to the paper towel dispenser blew his nose while still wearing his gloves comes back and resumes making my sub without washing his hands. I made a complaint to the “operations manager” if that’s what you would call her. Writes me back and doesn’t even offer a compensation since I did pay for the sub and when I got home tossed it in the garage. This so called operations manager should get a new job because she so incompetent to fill that roll when she can’t even handle a customer complaint properly.
