As always their food is as delicious as ever and the service is great too. The restaurant maintains proper food hygiene and quality served as company standards. As an individual I would come back to this location again and again. I would highly suggest to go for their website to grab exciting offers on footlong and much more. Overall it’s a 5 star service.
My son Bentley is autistic and very picky about the food he eats but for some reason this particular location he always eats his food he is very happy to come here every day for lunch and is treated very well by all the staff they all know him by name what he wants as soon as he walks in the door they all give him attention by making him laugh and jump around and make him feel welcome I highly recommend this particular subway to everyone and to the management great job!!!!Dietary restrictions: They are very good at making him exactly what he wants even though his selection is very odd

This is one of the best run subways in the city. The staff seem genuinely happy when a client walks in (not like other places where being a customer feels like you're inconveniencing someone) and they're so kind while helping you with your sub.I definitely come to this location whenever I can, even though they're not the closest subway to my home.

I wouldn’t recommend this subway, I went there to get a sub the guy was half way done making it walked over to the paper towel dispenser blew his nose while still wearing his gloves comes back and resumes making my sub without washing his hands. I made a complaint to the “operations manager” if that’s what you would call her. Writes me back and doesn’t even offer a compensation since I did pay for the sub and when I got home tossed it in the garage. This so called operations manager should get a new job because she so incompetent to fill that roll when she can’t even handle a customer complaint properly.

I mean it's subway. But I've never been to this location and it was extremely clean and everything from the bread to the pickles tasted amazingly fresh. Will definitely be back when in the area!!

These people working could not have given any less f@(ks if they had tried. Took forever for someone to come out once I arrived, and when they did finally come out, did almost the exact opposite of what I asked them to do with my subs. And the one was pretty light on stuff to boot! Must have been the B-squad working tonight, as I've usually had a pretty good experience at any other times of the day I've gone.

Skimpy toppings. I decided to try a rice bowl since I had a coupon. I got 4 of the tiniest tomato slices so I asked for more. They were the size of a loonie. There was so little in my bowl, so I asked, is it like the sandwich where you can ask for more veggies? She said "yes" so I asked for more lettuce. My bowl wasn't even half full. I was too embarrassed to ask for more. It wasn't filling at all. I think it is this location.Then I presented my $2 off and the till wouldn't accept it. I asked "so there's nothing you can do for me then"? No, sorry, so I paid the full price. Can they not even offer a cookie or a drink when that happens?
