I came at night today to order my food @1:00 . I wanted to use the coupon and your employee said that I don’t know how to use it. Make sure you guys hire the person and train them properly. They don’t have answers for any of the questions. They only know how to say “I DONT KNOW”.

I had trouble accessing the subway deal (buy one foot long and get the other for $1) on the app. I phoned the store and they suggested uninstalling the app and reinstalling. After several tries this still didn’t work. I was told that they couldn’t help me since it was an online order. I asked to speak to the manager (Ruby). I was told the manager had just left and would call me back the next day. I phoned the next day and was told the manager had just left but would call me the next day. I have yet to speak to anyone regarding this issue. Not good customer service.

Tonight is a cold night the store is not closed for another 20 minutes 2 children went into the store to warm up while there were others in the building. The staff on shift not only were upset the little girls were sitting at a table they “just cleaned” but told them to leave while others were allowed to stay in the building. The little girls stood outside cold. Horrible service and attitude.

Most of the employees are from Philippine working there and they always speak in their language. Being a customer i don’t know what they are talking about and it is offensive to me and many. When you’re talking to a customer you should not be talking to your colleagues in your language very unprofessional behavior.

Worst Customer Service i’ve ever received! There’s a old Philippine lady who was very rude when i was asking questions regarding my order. As am paying for my Sub it’s my right to enquire! That lady has zero basic idea of serving people.
Please take action against this stupid employee otherwise, u r going to loose lotal customers.
I dislike writing one star reviews but my complaint wasn’t taken seriously. I watched an employee cough into her gloves then proceed to go grab vegetables to put on someone’s sandwich, I stopped her before she could touch them and she gave me the dirtiest look. When she washed and put new gloves on the first thing she did was tuck her hair behind her ears and I corrected her again that she needed to change her gloves. Then she went to take the persons money with the gloves still on, handed her the change and then went to go grab vegetables without replacing her gloves!!! I’m sorry but the staff need to have their food safety certificates or more training. That was gross. This was 3 people in less than 5 minutes of watching them make mine and other people’s sandwiches. I work in an industry where people could get severely ill if I cross contaminated things.
