Ordered a chicken shawarma rice bowl for lunch and I asked double meat. There was not enough meat in the bin from the beginning May just 1.25 portion. Even the guy said it’s not enough but the lady next to him said something in their language and the guys said oh it’s good enough. I was like like man this is not double meat at all..I understand the meat is pricey but atleast don’t double charge the customer for a single and a quarter portion. I paid total 16$ for my lunch and the chicken was barely there in the bowl. I felt like I am eating some rice and veggies and sauce. Very disappointed. Wont recommend the rice bowls here.

Staff is really rude. I placed order on their App and went to the restaurant and get to know they didn’t started making my order. After 10 minutes tell me that order not received. I show them the online receipt and confirmation and they just ignore and serve other people and its a very horrible experience. Kept waiting for 20 minutes and still no confirmation from any team member. I ask for their management name and they dont tell nothing and after a long argument one of the team mate tells his name marvil. I am completely disappointing and never returning to this location. I got charged for my order which I never received

If I could give a zero I would. The employees were rude, unhelpful and very disrespectful..I would love to tell the owner about their employees behavior but I know it doesn't matter to them so I will just let everyone know about my difficulties and to avoid the 22nd location.
