I’ve eaten at plenty of mediocre sandwich shops, but nothing prepared me for the shock of being made to feel unwelcome—and downright targeted—at this Subway. From the moment I walked in, the staff’s attitude shifted as soon as they saw me: cold stares 🥶, clipped “yes, sir?” replies, and a refusal to make eye contact 🚫👀.

When I asked for my sandwich on whole wheat, the server sighed loudly 😤 and mumbled under their breath as they pulled out the bread. Every question I had about the toppings was met with impatience 🙄, as though I didn’t deserve basic courtesy. Meanwhile, customers who walked in after me—who looked nothing like me—were greeted with smiles 😊 and animated conversation.

At the counter, I overheard one of the employees say to another, “I don’t know why they even come here,” in a tone dripping with disdain 😒. When I politely reminded them of my order, they rolled their eyes 🙈, slapped my sandwich together 🥪, and practically threw it at me. It was so sloppily made that the lettuce and sauce spilled out before I’d even stepped away from the counter 🤦‍♂️.

I left feeling embarrassed, angry, and hurt 😢💔—like I’d been judged not for my order but for how I look. I came for a simple sub, but instead got a lesson in casual bigotry. If you care about being treated with respect (and want an edible sandwich), do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. 🚷👎

We ordered a Nashville-style hot chicken sub for pickup, and the amount of chicken was way too less. For a second I thought it was the wrong order; I thought it was a veggie delight because I could barely see the chicken in the sub, and even the Nashville hot sauce was not enough. I can clearly say it from the taste. Overall, I will never ever order from this location next time.

Terrible Service at Subway – Rude and Unaccommodating
I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Subway location. When I asked to add crispy onions to my sub—something I’ve always been able to do at other Subway stores—the owner refused, insisting it wasn’t allowed, even though I’ve done it before.
I also requested extra sauce, but despite offering to pay for more, the employee only added a small drizzle and claimed it was against store policy. Lastly, when I asked to have my sub pressed, the employee was rude and simply said he “didn’t feel like it.”
This experience was by far the worst I’ve had at any Subway. The staff was inflexible, dismissive, and unprofessional. I won’t be returning to this location and strongly suggest they rethink their customer service approach.

Very Disappointing Service at Subway – Rude, Unaccommodating, and Unprofessional
I recently had an awful experience at this Subway location that I feel compelled to share. From the moment I stepped up to the counter, the service was incredibly frustrating and disappointing.
First, I asked if they could add crispy onions to my sub, as I've been ordering this exact sandwich for the past four years with crispy onions added. To my surprise, the owner (who was working at the time) told me that the type of sub I ordered doesn’t come with crispy onions and that he couldn’t add them for me. When I politely insisted, explaining that I had always added them in the past, he refused to make any exception and insisted that he couldn't change the "rules" for me. This was both confusing and frustrating since I've never had an issue with this at any other Subway location.
Second, I requested extra sauce on my sandwich, something I’ve always been able to do at other Subway locations. Despite repeatedly asking, the employee only added one small drizzle and told me that he "couldn’t do more" because of store policy. I even offered to pay extra for more sauce, but he still refused, which made no sense at all.
Finally, when I asked if he could panini press my sub, he became rude and dismissive. He flat-out refused, saying he didn’t "feel like it" and wouldn’t do it. I’ve had my subs pressed at other Subway locations without any issues, so this response was completely uncalled for.
Overall, this was by far the worst Subway experience I’ve had, and it felt like the employee was more interested in arguing and enforcing rigid, arbitrary "rules" than actually providing good customer service. The lack of flexibility, combined with the rude attitude, made for an extremely unpleasant visit. I will not be returning to this location and highly recommend they reconsider their customer service approach. It’s a shame, because I’ve always enjoyed Subway, but this experience has completely soured my opinion of this particular store The subway bread was stale and the veggie patty was rock solid attached the image where you could see clearly that there are no crispy onion added to it
