Very bad customer service, I put online order half an hour ago then I went there to pick up but system shows that the order is not placed then standing there I ordered it again then It showed error. I asked the cashier that I will order it in person will I get the promo of $2 off. She said that you have to do online but there sever was down. Are not these guys can put discount manually. Wasted my whole break time from work. 😭👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

I am not usually the type to write a comment for/on someone but as a woman I felt like I had to.
My overall experience was good they are running a good business but the only thing that triggered me was how they treating their staff, the guy who was doing nothing and just screaming his lungs out on a poor girl working there made me so devastated. I don’t know what language he was speaking but it felt like he was being very harsh on her and she couldn’t say anything to him while the other employee was also very kind I told her about my allergies and she offered me fresh vegetables instead of the ones on top, that impressed me the most.
Girls keep up the good work!! 5 stars for you⭐️ don’t let guys like him take over you.

I am so relived I found this comment by darla, I have been longing to write the same thing about this person as Something similar happened with my husband couple of days ago too.
At least clean the place which is visible to customers, rest is restaurant’s headache.
His clothes kept on touching the sandwich and furthermore he literally takes ages to just deal with one sandwich, just hire some good qualified staff at this point. Might save customers.

This was my second visit at this store and I witnessed the same thing as before, I don’t completely remember the name of the guy who made my sub but it started with ‘F’
something on his batch and he was the one who I saw last time it was later in the afternoon.
If their manager or owner is reading this I would like to say if I were you I would never tolerate such kind of behaviour and intolerance from my staff.
That guy literally takes 5 to 6 minutes to come up front at the counter and the place where he was making sandwich was hella dirty, Unfortunately there aren’t many restaurants nearby or else I would’ve just walked out . i wonder if he is ever cleaning that station because this happened last time too.
He even touched the payment machine with his gloves on and then without changing them he continued making the sub.
I wanted to sit there to eat and I couldn’t find one clean table to sit and eat on, what a waste of money and time.
If such kind of people are going to run this place trust me it’s going to crash

Since new owners have taken over the quality has gone down significantly. Every time i have gotten a toasted sub, its been cold or the flay bread is hard. The new staff is unprofessional and rude. Many times I've gone in and watched staff memebers touvh their face, other body parts then continue to make sandwhiches. That's gross. Spend your money elsewhere

Used this location for a catering order for a large meeting. They were quick and easy to deal with, and the order was correct and ready for pickup when expected. Staff were polite and and professional. Will use again in the future.

Leo if you want to compliment the new staff that is great!However all regulars including myself know that the old staff were awesome!Also we know that this store was the most transparent in the City!When we first started trying the new subs not only were we informed that our subs came with extra cheese at NO cost they even pointed at the menu explaining that any subs with a triangular shaped cheese beside it came with extra cheese at no cost! When we first started going there we would ask if the Tuna was fresh and they would pull the tuna out of the unit to show us the date and time it was made! No other location would do this.If the old owner is reading these I hope you know how much you and your staff were appreciated and that your "TRUE" regulars know the truth about how this location was run!
