Was celiac safe. It's subway not sure what else to say. All our subs were correct and tasted fine. They seemed allergy conscious while making my husband's gluten free sub.

The worst experience at this location. The staff were so unprofessional. I told him about my allergies and dietary restrictions and he still added those in my sandwich. And I had to run to the doctor. The owner should not hire irresponsible people for running the store. Wouldn’t recommend this subway location

Visited on August 10th 2025 at 6:40pm and the guy working there refused to cut the bread I wanted in half to make a 6inch, genuinely never seen or heard of anything so lazy in my life. Went to another Subway location and watched them happily pull out a 12 inch piece of bread and cut it in half to serve me the 6 inch I wanted.

I am writing this review while in line because there's only one person working. We've been here for over 15 minutes and still haven't ordered food. Its 6.41 pm why is this person working alone. Also it's gross that he's handling food and money. I dont think I've come to this location and have had a pleasant experience. Next time.... nope no next time. I won't be coming here ever again. Or any sub way for that matters.

Very bad customer service. I ordered online , unfortunately they didn’t have what I ordered. the girl refused to give me something else’s instead. I paid full price for footlong sub but , I got only veggies. In app , they didn’t mention unavailable product.very bad experience.

You usually can't go wrong with Subway. I was wrong here. The sandwich was good, but the large chicken noodle soup I ordered was something else. Four bucks and a got a container of watered down base, six small pieces of celery, two small pieces of carrot and not a single hint of a noodle of any kind.

I have been to this subway couple of times, a gentleman name prem was super friendly and takes time to make sandwiches never rushes. Place is always clean and gives good vibes with smiley faces. Thanks for the great service!

Went in here while travelling, and it was 15 minutes before closing but the lazy worker told us the place was closed so he didn't have to make usa sandwich. Don't waste your time stopping here!

Went in at 945pm. Doors were still open and Open sign was still on, then an employee came out and told us they were closed. 15 mins to actual closing time but I guess he was too lazy to make us a sub. Clearly states in the picture that they close at 10 and he turned the sign off as we left.

Wish could give negative star to this outlet at 618b circle drive Saskatoon. There’s an Indian Punjabi guy with a tattoo on his neck who is charging double money just for the patty. He looks sleepy, not covering his messy hair and unprofessional too.. Maybe that’s how they get their revenue. Forget the customer service, the moment they find the customer is Indian too they bring it on their ego.. Will never ever recommend this outlet to any. Date 20 June and Time 3.30pm approx.
