Leo if you want to compliment the new staff that is great!However all regulars including myself know that the old staff were awesome!Also we know that this store was the most transparent in the City!When we first started trying the new subs not only were we informed that our subs came with extra cheese at NO cost they even pointed at the menu explaining that any subs with a triangular shaped cheese beside it came with extra cheese at no cost! When we first started going there we would ask if the Tuna was fresh and they would pull the tuna out of the unit to show us the date and time it was made! No other location would do this.If the old owner is reading these I hope you know how much you and your staff were appreciated and that your "TRUE" regulars know the truth about how this location was run!

The guy making the sandwiches was so helpful and patient while we were deciding on what we wanted. The staff here is really nice.The food was good. But the music playing was a bit unpleasant.

New people running it as of the end of 2023 and they have switched to cheaper meats that I couldn't chew through it was like leather.. Not sure if corporate is aware? Can't get an order right. When asked if they added the right ingredients they chose to lie instead of remake the sub.

I have been visiting this subway from quite a long time now, but this time I came across that the owner has been changed, and the new staff is genuinely polite and nice.I have always been having suprimo every-time I visit this place, the previous staff never mentioned that this sandwich comes with double cheese they never educated me with that.But this time the new employees mentioned that this sandwich comes with extra cheese and does not have to pay for it.I appreciate their transparency!I’d definitely visit this place again, amazing staff and well maintained environment.

We ordered Teriyaki Chicken Rice Bowls. The rice was old and dry, chewy and almost no sauce. Had bowls many times elsewhere. This order was horrible. Won’t come back.

This used to be the best subway in Saskatoon, possibly Saskatchewan. It appears the franchise has new owners and their standards are more on par with all the other subways I don’t visit. If the new owners are reading this, you may want to consider chatting with your previous owner about her standards. I’m not the only one who has noticed. We used to go out of our way to go here but I certainly won’t if things how it’s going to be now.

Ruchit Thakkar, you work at this Subway. Or someone is wearing your name tag. You should not be allowed to 5 star your own place.I frequented Subway all the time when the Prior owner owned it. It was always clean, friendly and excellent food quality. I went in there this year after the exchange of ownership. Food quality sucks now. 6 inch sub is no longer six inches it's less. The lettuce and tomatoes taste and look old. Nothing is fresh anymore. I doubt I will go back to that location as it has fallen down hill now. Wish I could give lower stars as I would not even give a 1 star. Prior ownership they deserve 20 plus stars.
Unfortunately this place has changed ownership and it is APPARENT! The previous staff are all gone and the customer service left with them. The quality of food has gone downhill, lettuce is brown, tomatoes not even ripe and bread was stale. Cookies used to be a favourite but considering I almost chipped a tooth on my last one I can safely say i will be getting my lunches from any other restaurant. If 0 stars was an option that would be a far more accurate rating.

Asked for lightly toasted and got a cremated sub.. cookies are rock solid. New owners use old food. Service is not good. Used to be a great location. Not anymore..

Since the owner Shelly left. The food tastes like the bread is 3 days old. The cookies are like concrete. The service sucks. Subway, you are garbage. I have personally heard "nothing gets thrown out" by the new staff and they do not listen.

I wish I could remember who was working but I was there 11am on Wednesday October 25th. The most senior staff person working was exceptional in every way. I tried to tip her and she would not take.You are lucky I am not hiring right now or she would work for me. Give her a raise.
