Never had good customer service when I’ve gone but today two staff members & neither even acknowledged me when I walked up, were busy doing other things. I waiting for some time before walking away

The worker was extremely rude!! While expressing how I thought she wasn't polite the other worker was smiling and laughing under her breath. This worker has been rude to me 3 times now. I recommend NO ONE to shop here. The owner knows about the issues and ALL his locations give you the same service. This is an establishment that doesn't care about the people rather just the money coming in..very sad.

Ordered a sub with veggie patty and there was no patty!! Showed the coupon of getting a drink and chips free with a sub and never got my chips as well. I know you guys are busy but please pay attention to the customer. Very disappointed!

Not a good experience with the customer service they provided.
After I came out of Dollar store in Midtown Mall went to Subway but before I got to the counter I saw a young lady guess from India wape her nose with her hand. Talk about yek.! This is right after Christmas. Never again will I buy any food from the food court after I saw this. Wash your hands. This is why customers get sick due to this. After this be careful if you do order anything.

That the only shop who close all the time earlier in that food court I don’t know why !?? Still I can see all ingredients and bread and the answer is we are closed( 1 hour earlier ) that’s the 3 rd time happen to me in 10 days .It seems the staff decide to close whenever they like
