As i was ordering and sandwhich being made one of the employees thought it was the perfect time to start sweeping the floor and kicking up dust. Dust all over the sneeze guard and was just plain disrespectful. Ended up throwing my sandwhich away after the thought of germs . will not be returning to this location

I placed an order through their website and paid online. I did not get a confirmation email. I showed up and they said there was no online order. I ended up having to pay twice. I'd advise not to pre-order through the website. Use a different platform like Skip or Uber

I placed an online order for a Footlong sub, and while the ordering process was easy, I was supposed to receive a free onion rings offer as part of the promotion. After placing the order, I asked the staff if they could honor the offer, but the person I spoke with seemed unsure about it and simply said she couldnât help. I would kindly request that staff be better informed about ongoing online offers and ensure they are honored when applicable. Unfortunately, this wasnât a pleasant experience.

I was in the city for appts. Beforehand myself and 2 others agreed on Subway for supper. I was in the north end and found this location on Google. The 2 ladies working today were absolutely wonderful. They made our 3 subs perfect and when I say perfect I mean no dripping mess when we ate. They were super friendly, bubbly and happy spirited. The restaurant was super clean too!! I highly recommend this location on 51st if you want great subs, fantastic service and a clean environment. I know this is my go to Subway in the city now. Thanks again ladiesđ„°
