Food is decent and area is well-kept, but the one problem they have is cross contamination. Employees will use the same gloves to grab both veggie and meat ingredients, and between sandwich orders. I had to ask one of the employees to change their gloves before touching my vegetarian sandwich after seeing them touch bacon. Even if they changed their gloves, they still touched the dressings within the holders, contaminating everything. This place is not friendly to those with allergies and dietary restrictions (halal, vegetarian, etc.) Something needs to be done about this.

$9.75 for a six inch with nothing special about it that took 15 minutes for them to make. They got all the ingredients wrong and completely screwed up my order. If it was $4.50, fine, whatever. $9.75 is already way too much for a 6 inch, let alone a 6 inch that took 15 minutes and with all of the ingredients wrong. And to be debit only? Are you serious?

This subway is located in the sciences building of the RUH. The staff are kinda slow and they are very cheap on the toppings. You have to keep asking for more and more. I asked for salt n pepper and they put maybe 3 piece of pepper in my sub. It seemed to be an inconvenience for him to add two more shakes. When i said i didn't want chips cookie or a pop. They huffed like it was a big deal ? much better sub shops you can go to!

got some mailers in the mail, went to the store, but the employee told us we can not use those coupons because they have not set up their system, reallly...... the manager really need take some training courses from the head office
