I always order subway from every location. This is the only location where i tried to order and where we are not supposed to add something in our order apart from online order.
Good to know that we have to pay for whole subway bread if i want a $2 thing in my order.

A very nice place, also conveniently located in an area where you can easily get hungry, since there are so many shops around. But this particular Subway is really good, and I like that they maintain their standards. I mean in terms of customer service, cleanliness, and the way they explain things. The staff was very friendly and even helped us figure out the name of an item we didn’t know, gave us advice, and we were very pleased. We’ll definitely come back here, and I recommend it to anyone who wants to grab something to eat. We also caught a great promotion, and most importantly, I was impressed by how clean and tidy everything was. This is the kind of place I’ll always return to

I ordered tuna foot long sandwich. TBH I have tried this sandwich so many times before but it has never tasted so good. I could literally taste the freshness of the bread and all the ingredients. The taste is still in my mouth. The service wasn’t 5 star cause the staff didn’t behave well and also was refusing to hand a bag for the sub. Idk why she did that.

Messed up my order! We do not eat pork or beef, and we ordered a sweet onion and one rotisserie sub. They messed up the sweet onion teriyaki and gave us a chicken rancher instead which had alot of bacon in it.
Thank god i was only a 5 min drive away, so i went in to change it.
Its fine, it happens, ofcourse i was not happy, a 20 minute timeframe should be enough to have the correct order ready ESPECIALLY if its dead with only one other order.
After i went in, a ‘sorry’ was too much for them to give.
I assumed they might have made the rotisserie wrong (they didnt label the other sub) and as they both start with an ‘r’ making it more easy for confusion, i assumed they were remaking that one.
I had no onions for the rotisserie, so when i saw her put onions in it i told her ‘it has no onions’ and
DIYA was the worker making it and she ended up showing attitude towards me by using slight aggressive and saying ‘im making the OTHER one’… just, wow.
Horrible experience, if you live near Brighton, go the one in college, atleast they know saying ‘sorry’ is the bare minimum if they do something wrong which is part of their job.

This is my new favourite Subway, the girls who work there Arsh and Monica were so welcoming and friendly. They always keep the food so fresh and the restaurant so clean!

Monika had amazing customer service when I stopped by Subway. I got an Italian BMT and she made it perfect. Super friendly and really paid attention to the little things. You don’t always get that kind of service so it definitely stood out.

Every time I come to this Subway, I leave feeling upset. The customer service is horrible. They yell at you for your order, speed through the process while putting wrong ingredients on your sub, and then charge you for things you did not need to be charged for. On the app my sub is 12$, in store it’s 15$. When I tried to get them to fix it, they told me I was wrong and didn’t know anything and just told me to tap my card and leave. They were yelling at each other, and are extremely rude every time I go. I think I’m going to choose other Subway establishments in the city, this one is not worth it.

Twice I have ordered online half an hour ahead of time, because I needed to get somewhere. I arrive at the shop, and sit for 10 minutes while they find my order and make it. Not coming back here again. and then after the second time I got home and opened the bag empathy chips that I paid for aren’t in the bag. This is ridiculous.

Many recent issues with the service. An increase of incorrect orders and having to repeat orders multiple times. Ordered ham and cheese for our kids and found out they gave us ham and marinara sauce once we got home. Returned to the drive thru only to be told that they were too busy and to come into the store to fix it. The food is fine, it's the service that's awful. No courtesy and no friendliness.
