This is my new favourite Subway, the girls who work there Arsh and Monica were so welcoming and friendly. They always keep the food so fresh and the restaurant so clean!

Monika had amazing customer service when I stopped by Subway. I got an Italian BMT and she made it perfect. Super friendly and really paid attention to the little things. You don’t always get that kind of service so it definitely stood out.

Every time I come to this Subway, I leave feeling upset. The customer service is horrible. They yell at you for your order, speed through the process while putting wrong ingredients on your sub, and then charge you for things you did not need to be charged for. On the app my sub is 12$, in store it’s 15$. When I tried to get them to fix it, they told me I was wrong and didn’t know anything and just told me to tap my card and leave. They were yelling at each other, and are extremely rude every time I go. I think I’m going to choose other Subway establishments in the city, this one is not worth it.

Twice I have ordered online half an hour ahead of time, because I needed to get somewhere. I arrive at the shop, and sit for 10 minutes while they find my order and make it. Not coming back here again. and then after the second time I got home and opened the bag empathy chips that I paid for aren’t in the bag. This is ridiculous.

Many recent issues with the service. An increase of incorrect orders and having to repeat orders multiple times. Ordered ham and cheese for our kids and found out they gave us ham and marinara sauce once we got home. Returned to the drive thru only to be told that they were too busy and to come into the store to fix it. The food is fine, it's the service that's awful. No courtesy and no friendliness.

Honestly 20 dollars for a footlong is not a deal that you should be proud of. It's not a classy sit down dinner n you get a good sandwich with fries. It's garbage, skimpy meat if u call it that, and vegetables that aren't fresh.... go back to ur sub of the day footlong for 6 bucks and Subs that cost 10 bucks, then maybe we go back to Subway. But as of now, you guys are a Joke

I, an average human have been to this establishment multiple times but at my recent experience today, I was confuzzled and disappointed. The order I place on usual basis was something that always came to my satisfaction, but that time, these workers were grinding my gears. From simple things like not acknowledging that I was standing in front of them to messing up the order in an unprofessional fashion. It makes me wonder if they even have a single clue what the main part of the position is. Seems like they are there just to chit chat with acquaintances instead of feeding the buyers. To the many Subways I’ve been to, this one was very unprofessional to the extreme. I wonder if it’s an immigrant issue.

We have placed online orders at this location several times and our orders are always wrong. My kids usually eat whatever they end up giving us. This last time, I ordered a steak and guac wrap. I called to confirm the order, and asked upon pick up if it was steak and guac. It was chicken and bean. I tried going to the store/company first with my feedback and a request for refund. I got a reply that seemed very generic and came from a mailbox that doesn’t allow replies, and there was no mention of a refund. So, I’m posting a review instead. We won’t be using the Brighton location again.

i usually go here and the service is decent, however recently every single table in the whole place was dirty AND i watched them accept physical cash with gloves on, then proceed to make a sub with those same gloves on... i had to ask them to swap gloves for my sub and they seemed genuinely confused.

Went through drive thru, asked for chips and a drink, guy asked if it was a meal and I said yes. He said drive ahead. I got my sandwich and no chips or pop and it was toasted so I asked where everything was and said I didn't want it toasted. The lady grabbed the sandwich back and huffed. A guy brought me my new sandwich and basically threw it out the window I felt like I did something wrong. Never did get the chips or pop I was afraid to ask for it after that. Got back to work and I have the wrong sandwich :(
