I feel like this needs to be brought to your attention. I went in a couple of weeks ago to get a sub, and I noticed that the employees are not wash their hands or change their gloves.

Awesome service! I was served by a man named Anil. I came in a rush, but he was ready and completed my order perfectly and fast, we had a conversation afterwards, great person attentive and caring ! Need more workers like him. !

9:30PM i go to get a meat baller sub and they had only 8 meatballs just enough for the sub but had little to no marinara sauce to put on it. Because they already did the dishes EVEN THOUGH THEY DONT CLOSE TILL 12 AM!!!!!!! Went to pay cash and the manager stared me down because they had just finished closing the cash for the night still at 9:30PM that's 2.5 hours before close. Terrible service! That's like pizza hut across the street cleaning the pizza oven before close and having no pizzas to sell for 2.5 hours why even be open. Waste my money. Waste my time. And Waste your money on labour as you have only 3 sticks of bread to sell. What would do if you ran out of bread???? And i refrain from talking about the stale cookies they have to offer.
Vegetarian options: Probably lots after 9:30PM. 2.5 hours before close. As they have no more meatballs i bought them all. All 8. They have all the veggies options now.
I wish the sauce were more fresh. But overall nice customer service

Terrible experience at this location. I ordered my sub with clear instructions: add spinach, toast the bread, then toast it again with veggies and cheese. Instead, they gave me lettuce instead of spinach and a raw cheese slice instead of toasting it twice. When I called to explain the issue, the staff didn’t understand my problem, so I had to walk back in -17°C for a refund. A complete waste of my break. Very disappointing service!

1) only 1 girl was working on busy evening of Saturday night. 2) I ordered pick up in 15 mins and I went there after 20 mins..Order was not ready and waited again for 15 more mins. Very bad management. 3) That poor girl was handling 3-4 orders..And there was no help for her..Hate this place.. I just hate all locations as Schira brand all over the same..Need to improve management..

I was in on Sunday Sept 15th after 10 Pm, there was an absolute amazing worker! A young woman, I’m unsure of her name but she made my experience amazing! I had just gotten off of work and was craving subway, the worker was so polite and friendly, we made polite small talk about work, she made my sub with so much care, (wasn’t so sloppy like most subways)! I will definitely be returning! This employee deserves a raise! She has amazing customer service and is such a great worker!! :)
