My sub was ordered through mobile app. Was not ready when it said and my sub was completely wrong. Always spoke highly of this Subway but the last few times it has gotten worse. No more!

Food is good (usually), but every time I mobile order they claim it's ready, so I arrive and ask for my food and it's not ready. I have to wait for everyone else in line to be done in line before they actually make it. It's absolutely absurd how I have to wait even longer after they've told me it's done. Also it's not very clean. As you can see, there has been a trend in reviews as of late. The quality of this store has gone down tremendously.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!Ordered from online for pick up. Saw a PILE of finished orders in bags already while we were ignored at the counter for 3 minutes by 2 employees. Finally someone comes up to give us our order and I ask to get my 881 points but they have already issued the receipt, so I got screwed out of the app points and answered with complete refusal to fix it. All 4 orders were made wrong. Every sub was incorrectly made and I will be returning to inquire about such incomprehensible incompetence. Also while we were leaving with our order, some fellow was overheard complaining about the same thing with his drive thru order. So I guess unless you baby sit the staff directly, don't count on quality service OR what you ordered.
Dietary restrictions: If you want your sub made right,
go in and direct them personally like little children or your "diet" will be soured and I only recommending the chips since that the only thing they can't screw up.

im not sure how its possible to have no lettuce, green peppers or olives all at once???? at 5pm... the dude in front of me got no veggies and i wondered why, until it was my turn to pick veggies.

I visited the restaurant today and was served by Emily. I’m a regular customer, usually going through the drive-thru early in the morning, and the staff has always been friendly. However, this evening, when I went inside to order a cookie and an ice cream cookie, Emily was very rude. She raised her voice, asking which item I wanted, and then completely ignored me to help another customer with their sandwich. Thankfully, a kind employee assisted me afterwards, but Emily never acknowledged me, and her behavior was really unprofessional.

It’s says open 24/7 but today when we visit store. The staff says that I can’t make order because our system is not working. But the thing is he don’t want to make order and he was sleep in dine in… I would say don’t go.
Picture says it all. The person who made my sub was not in the mood to make it properly. They don't have veggie petty in stock. Don't wanna go again.

They have to fix their air conditioning! After, I realised that eating on the sidewalk outside would have been preferable. The poor workers in that stifling heat!
Parking: The parking lot was small and crowded but there were still 10 or more spots available. Other shops in the auto-mall were taking up some spaces.
Kid-friendliness: There are bench seats, high seats and a round table with high arm chairs that the littles gravitated too. Lots of windows to see the cars in the drive thru.

Ordered one foot long egg & cheese sandwich yesterday late night. Used drive through. The person who made the sandwich did not toasted the sandwich even though I told him so. He did not put proper sauces as well. Please don’t give job to such people who don’t want to make the food as per customer’s requirement. Because it is a drive through, I was not able to see what and how he was making my sandwich. Also, originally I asked for veggie patty and he said on the drive through speaker that it is frozen. If it is frozen than unfroze it. Why it was frozen? Don’t you want to make a sale? What is the meaning of keeping it with you. Really angry at this subway location. Please fire that guy because he is making it worse.
