Specifically today I had a bad experience, because I had called subway probably 10 - 15 times. I always got an answer, however, somehow they couldn’t hear me when I was talking to them. I know it’s not my phone with the issue case my significant other also phoned them, and they also couldn’t hear him. Hopefully this will make them aware of the situation, so they can get their phone checked out and fixed; that way it won’t happen to other customers.

Worst experience ever! I was in a rush of getting supper for myself and my friend, so I went through the drive through for the order. I checked the menu, found this new Bourbon BBQ Steak & Cheddar sub, wanted to try it out. Tried to order two footlong in combos, but it seems like the order taker did not understand what I wanted, since that I do not know how Bourbon should be pronounced, I confirmed multiple times with the worker, and read multiple times of the full dish name in case of confusion. But somehow, they started building a power bowl for me. I asked if I could just take a picture and drive up to show them what I wanted, it would make everything easier, they refused me. When the order taker find out I did not want power bowl, they went silent, then the other order taker started to talk to me. I mentioned what I wanted, she understood what I wanted, and put the order down directly and asked me to drive up to the window. When I drove up, the worker told me that they made the power bowl already, I have to pay for them. I was shocked, and mad. Tried to see if I could change the order, find out I could not. During the conversation, I was told that there were three person serving me already and I should go to the front next time. It sounds like overall it was all my problem, they had nothing to do with it. I just wanted to try the new item in combo, and I need them fast, I never asked 3 person to serve me, but somehow I’m the guilty one at the end. I paid for two power bowl, and the sub I originally wanted (not in a combo) at the end. The food was good tho, but I will never come back to this subway again.

I went through the drive-through and ordered three subs. None of the subs were what I ordered and had different condiments and meat and then they were supposed to have on them. Two of the sandwiches had a very spicy sauce and hot peppers on them. None of them were eaten. I called the manager and was sloughed off, saying that he was busy and would call me back. I never received a call. I would not recommend this restaurant.

The old staff at this Subway used to be very good, but the new staff is not good at all. The bread was not fresh, they mismatched my sandwich, and they didn’t listen to anything I said. The service has gone downhill completely. Very disappointing experience, and I hope management brings back the same level of quality and customer care the old staff had.

I had a wonderful experience at this Subway, thanks to Arshi!(Not sure if it's a right name but SUNDAY- Sept 28- 7:30PM) She was super friendly, patient, and made my sandwich exactly the way I wanted. She greeted me with a smile and provided excellent customer service. It’s always nice to be served by someone who genuinely cares about their work and the customers. I have rewards points in my subway app. I took sub after when i was at counter and i said redemed my reward points in sub and lady did my account frozen because she attempted so many times for that so this is a not expected things with me because if you are working with franchise then u know all the things how to redeem it but lady doesn’t want to redeemed my points. Because i have redeemed my points on sub with other locations. I have never face this situation because when i scan the QR code and when employees touch on redeemed it works but this lady doesn’t want give sub on redeemed. Not expected service like that

Subway’s a decent go-to when you want something quick and customizable. The ingredients were fresh enough, and I liked being able to build my own sub. The overall flavor was pretty average, and the bread felt a bit dry. Staff were polite, but the service felt rushed. Not bad, not great—just okay.

Visited Subway and had a pleasant experience! Staff were friendly and made the sandwich exactly as I asked. Fresh veggies and soft bread made it enjoyable. The place was clean and service was quick. Prices are reasonable for the quality. 🥪

Pathetic service, I went last night to get veggie patty subway. But I don't know whats wrong with their service, they gave me subway without veggie patty. How can they miss that? Or the employees don't want to work or don't deserve to be there. Really disappointed. Won't be here again and won't recommend anyone this place.

I did the online order and in app it was showing 6:30, I reach there at 6:32 and ask for my order they said it’s not even started, I requested to make it quickly because I am on break for just 30 minutes (that’s why I ordered online) and the guy replied rudely that he can give me return for my order and it will take 24 to 48 hr. I was at work for more than 6 hours and I had left 3 hours shift after break and because of this I had to go back to work with empty stomach😞
