Had my smoothie explode down the front of my shirt, went to Subway to grab napkins to quickly wipe up what I could while it ran down my shirt and chest. Was rudely interrupted by a staff member telling me napkins aren't free. I apologize and gestured to my growing wet spot on the front of my shirt saying I had an emergency and was given a snarky glare in return. Will not be giving this place my business in the future. Little compassion and respect goes a long way.

As always, Subway doesn’t let its customers down — especially when they’re as hungry as bears. The service was great, as usual, and everything was clean. I really hope it stays that way, and that they never sell their franchise rights to people who could ruin the good name of this fast food chain that so many have grown to love over the years. I typically love this subway and am there quite often I don’t usually get fountain drinks but they were out of my usual go to so I got a fountain drink it had a bunch of black specs in the ice and when it melted it was all over the cup. Assuming it’s mold you guys might want to get the ice machine cleaned before it impacts someone’s health

THE TWO LADY THAT WAS SERVING US WERE EXTREMELY RUDE!!!
