I am very disappointed with my experience at this Subway location today. There was an active promotional offer that included a fountain drink; however, the store does not have a fountain machine available. Customers should not be offered items that the location is unable to provide. This creates confusion and feels misleading.
In addition, the staff’s behavior during my visit was unprofessional and unhelpful. Instead of explaining the situation politely or offering an alternative solution, the interaction felt dismissive and discourteous.
I understand that equipment or supply issues can happen, but clear communication and respectful customer service are essential. I hope management addresses both the advertising accuracy and customer service standards at this location.

Im giving this store a 5 star review despite my order having a safety concern (not blaming the store for the issue as it could have been a number of things) but the employee that answered the phone to sort out my issue is exceptional. Very kind, and very active on solutions. He assured me I was right for having my concerns, and hes working on a solution.

I order sandwich trays from this location, and they are always ready on time, fresh, and nicely made. They also provide us with all the sauces on the side, by my request. I recommend them.

This place very few tables and won’t let customers use the bathroom. The workers said it’s always locked and no one ever uses it. Illegal do not eat here. Also ready previous review where Subway claims to care about 3 weeks ago but, the bathroom still denied yesterday

Sandwich looks demolished…
I visit this place many times. When i visited today I had worst experience with Girl name 'Hasan'. When asked for washroom she rudely replied no it's not for everyone. They are earning money through us and saying no for even using the washroom. I would never visit this subway ever again. Her face and rude behaviour and reply ruined my day too. They should train their employees for customer service too. Hate it.

It was a decent experience, however, the pineapple I got on my sub was rotten, my sub tastes rotten, and they don’t answer the phones so I can’t even tell them the pineapple is rotten. There should be better food quality checks done to avoid literal rotten food being sold

First off: went in on a Sunday May 25, 2025 at 3pm. The worker (male) went immediately to the back. I had to call him to come out to take my order. Was then told only herb cheese bread or multigrain. Got a soda but told only Pepsi or Dr Pepper.
I then sat and ate my food. Two young women from India came in. Asked to use restroom but told “only for customers”. They said they were going to order food and did. When they ordered one wanted to ensure no chicken on her food and the worker began to argue. The poor girls just kept saying “we don’t want to upset you. It’s cool”.
He was a jerk and should be fired. Plus the sandwich was lousy!

I came inside the other day with my sister and boyfriend and there was only one worker working. The indian girl worker had a very not so nice reaction. My sister was ordering and the lady got 2 sauces wrong on her order and the lettuce was browning. I also tried to pay with cash and I used a coupon that had 2 foot long for 1 free so I bought me and my boyfriends sub and then my sister got a free one but the lady wasn’t understanding somethings about it until later on we fixed whatever she wasn’t understanding. Also I forgot to mention when I brought out cash she gave a disgusted face and she denied so I used my boyfriend’s card.
Regular place for sub, quick and solid food. Great service as always.

Impossible to order on their website. Keeps crashing regardless of what I do. Same with their mobile app. Don't forget that it's 2025 and this is a multi-billion dollar company.
Our delivery order was incorrect. We called and they didn’t question anything. They corrected the order and sent it out for delivery. They were kind, very apologetic and efficient. Proves that good customer service still exists. Will not hesitate ordering from this location again.
I visited this Subway location today (December 24, 2024) at 8:55PM, and the posted closing time was 9 PM. Before arriving, I called at 8:50 PM to place an order for a Veggie Delight salad and informed them I’d reach by 8:55 PM. The staff told me they couldn’t take orders over the phone and mentioned they didn’t have anything left and they are closing. When I arrived at 8:55 PM, the staff was already standing at the door, ready to close, and refused to take my order, stating they were closing. It was disappointing to be turned away despite arriving before the posted closing time. I hope the management ensures better communication and service during operational hours or updates the timings to reflect the actual situation.
Ordered through the Subway app for delivery. Overly stuffed with lettuce, 0 sauce even when I paid extra for one. Every single bite tasted only of lettuce and water. If I could give 0 I would. I hope the manager know's what sort of a shitshow is going on in their store.

Went for lunch. walked out after being told washrooms are for employees only, not paying customers. This goes against the Saskatchewan Eating Establishment Standards as well as a few local restaurant bylaws.
