I come here very often and every time I’m usually I’m super satisfied with my food, service, etc. But tonight we had 2 workers who couldn’t hear me after I repeated my order 3 times, and put the wrong sauce and instead of making a new sandwich they proceeded to SCOOP up the sauce which mixed up all the food together and basically messed up my order since I got it toasted and now I have not-roasted ham and turkey on my sandwich. I’m extremely dissatisfied and I wouldn’t recommend going at night when the staff clearly cannot hear. There’s a hearing aid services store next door incase they needed it.

I had a great experience at Subway thanks to the friendly and efficient service provided by the young lady working there her name is Tamala. I came there by 10after and order my veggie delight. She was polite, patient, and really attentive to every detail of my order. My sandwich was made perfectly, and she kept a positive attitude the entire time, even during a busy rush. It’s always a pleasure being served by someone who clearly cares about their job. Keep up the great work! And another guy he is also have a good humor and asking for everyting for my order. Both are perfectly trained.Good job.

I sometimes place order on app and pickup from this place, usually they are good. Staff are respectful and hardworking; however, last time I placed an order from app, after I picked up my order, I realized that they didn’t put complete order in the bag; drink and chips were missing; I didn’t notice this until I was home. The rush should not cause staff to only fill half of an order. Even giving tip seems didn’t do its purpose this time. Hopefully they be more careful in future.

Place can get super busy in afternoons. They are staff short clearly. But they try best to be as fast as possible. Most of times vegies and other stuff is fresh with exceptions sometimes.
