Orders a sub in the app. When i got there 15 mins later, they told me someone else said my name and took my sub. I showed proof of purchase but it didn't matter. I had to buy another sub.
After complaining and calling many places, I got it resolved to my satisfaction. I'd rather they just have remade my sub and gave it free. Or train staff to actually check if it's your sub

Ordered a signature item from the online menu. They ask for add ones which I didn't want any add ones, just what was advertised and they sent me a bowl of rice and chicken, no toppings or sauce. I called and they refused to acknowledge that they messed up and said it was my fault for not choosing "add ons" . I ask if there was box to check that stated make as advertised, there isn't. On top of that the other subs we ordered didn't come with the cheese or toasted, another sub that was supposed to be toasted definitely wasn't. Everything arrived cold. When talking to store they just hung up on me.

Worst experience I ordered sandwich, I ordered extra pickles which she didn’t put , I can understand it might be a mistake but when I said her she showed me a ton of attitude, despite correcting her mistake. She put 2-3 pickles ( I said extra pickles) after I said her and she said I don’t know why can’t you see . That’s really rude . Must get rid of that girl.
