Ordered a signature item from the online menu. They ask for add ones which I didn't want any add ones, just what was advertised and they sent me a bowl of rice and chicken, no toppings or sauce. I called and they refused to acknowledge that they messed up and said it was my fault for not choosing "add ons" . I ask if there was box to check that stated make as advertised, there isn't. On top of that the other subs we ordered didn't come with the cheese or toasted, another sub that was supposed to be toasted definitely wasn't. Everything arrived cold. When talking to store they just hung up on me.

Worst experience I ordered sandwich, I ordered extra pickles which she didn’t put , I can understand it might be a mistake but when I said her she showed me a ton of attitude, despite correcting her mistake. She put 2-3 pickles ( I said extra pickles) after I said her and she said I don’t know why can’t you see . That’s really rude . Must get rid of that girl.

Usually when I come here the employees are super nice and friendly but today I was ordering and I specifically said 6” because that’s what I get every time I wasn’t paying full attention until I realized she was making a footlong so I corrected her and said I’m sorry I asked for a 6 inch, she proceeded to argue with me and tell me I asked for a foot long when I know I didn’t and my friend with me even heard me ask for a 6”. She had so much attitude and made my sandwich very poorly afterwards.
I come to this place around 8-8:30 every noe and then to sit and eat for supper and I have no problems. But this time I was told to leave to eat my sandwich somewhere else because the lady said it was a "new rule" that subway has. I have never heard of this in my life and was rudely kicked out for simply trying to eat my supper. Worst subway in town!

I said I was ordering multiple subs and I said them in a specific order and she went and messed up the order. Then got mad at me when I started to mess up the order I was going in for the subs and when I asked her to remake it correctly she decided to give me a ton of attitude and made it completely awkward for my family and I and this all could have been avoided had she listened to me, and she refused our coupon that we just received in the mail. Terrible customer service.
